Hi guys, Just a few questions and some advice please if you don't mind: I've nearly finished my 11 months of treatment with Propecia 1mg (daily) and Minoxidil 5% with Azealic Acid (Daily) I'm only 20 years old and I'm probably a Norwood 3 to a 3.5. I suppose you can say I have had good results because my hair loss has stopped which is great! But cosmetically it looks similar to when I started and not much new regrowth apart from thickening. My bad areas are temples which have receded and very thin frontal hair and thinning crown. It's caused me a lot of problems like more anxiety and lack of confidence because I feel really uncomfortable by it. Someone told me that lifting weights can effect my progress? I mean I do a 45 minute workout with sort of heavyish dumbells 3 times a week? I also train for Tennis and soccer once a week too. My diet is really good, I eat lots of natural proteins which is good for hair right? Dairy, Vitmanins, Carbs just a balanced healthy diet! Surely lifting dumbbells 3 times a week will not stop me from getting regrowth? I also read on a few forums about masturbation? I've cut to only doing it once a week to. I really don't know what to do from here. I mean my hair is definitely bad enough to have a transplant but I'm sure they would just turn me away because of my age! Sorry about the dumb myth questions I just impossible to know what to believe as all sorts gets said nowadays! Do you know of any natural oils or products that I could add to get regrowth? Also is it ok for me to keep doing my workout circuits 3 times a week? I'm athletic but quite a slim guy so I was just looking to tone up and bulk a little but if this is making my hair not progress then.. I may stop! :hmmm:.
