Okay guys, this just dawned on me and I wanted your thoughts. So Cassiopea, the company that is developing the antiandrogen Breezula (CB-06-03), is now in a Phase IIB dosing range trial. After that they will do a Phase III trial and then hopefully release it as expected in 2021. This is very exciting I think, because it will be something that will maintain your hair more effectively and longer than finasteride, without side effects (theoretically of course). Anyway to my point, Cassiopea is developing an acne treatment called Winlevi, which is essentially the same drug as Breezula (maybe just a different concentration, not sure). They are in a phase III trial with that right now, and they are planning to release it in early 2018. My question is this, since they are the same drug, they should have the same effect. So couldn't this be prescribed off label in 2018 for Androgenetic Alopecia? Couldn't this be a potential maintenance treatment for 2018? If so, that's very exciting... another thing to help until Tsuji annihilates Androgenetic Alopecia forever.
