Any Dr.Reddy Dutas users?

Emily, how old is your bf? Is he thinking about having kids in the future? If so, there has been a case where a guy became infertile from taking Avodart for hair loss. Remember, this drug was mostly for men who had prostate issues and most likely were past the age to want to father children. Honestly, if your boyfriend's hair loss is similar to the guys you posted( or that was him in the photos), he would be fine starting with Propecia first and then see how he does. I was on Propecia for 10 years and when I added Advodart only once per week, I got some side effects eventually that made me stop. I was losing more hair at the front and I had a hard time keeping my weight off and started getting gyno.

I'm 19 almost 20 being taking this stuff for 11 months with great results and no sexual sides. hope it stays that way.

I don't know where you're even getting this. I'm guessing you're making it up?

The mod in the first response said he checked the dutas and made sure it was real (I'm guessing this means he sent it to a lab and had it tested).

If Dr. Reddy's was producing counterfeit meds of any kind and got caught, they would be absolutely ruined and go bankrupt. It's not worth it for a large company to fake meds.

I've always researched dutas on google and literally everyone says it's legit. There's even posts saying they've had their dutas tested in a lab and it came back legit.

Why would I make that up dude? Any generic that is not FDA approved is considered counterfeit(which makes it is illegal in the USA). I should have took the FDA advice about buying meds online. This was definitely a lesson learnt for me!

Dr. Reddy's finasteride is FDA approved. Why would they fake dutas? Cipla's Duprost is also not FDA approved, and they are a massive company with FDA approved finasteride. If you would rather pay thousands a year on for brand name Avodart (Which is no different from any generic) go for it.

This means the product could advertise .5mg of the active ingredient but only contain .1mg, it could also contain potentially harmful inactive ingredients not being manufactured to FDA standards. Don't get me started on the bioavailability which is really important. Did you even get past a college degree?? clearly not. So I'll have to break it into more steps for your illiterate brain to understand.

1) It's not only about the amount of active ingredient you idiot. There's also the bioavailability and other inactive ingredients that allow for proper delivery of the drug.

2) How on earth can I find a valid study comparing the effectiveness of non-FDA approved generics vs brand/ approved verisions when it would be illegal to do so in the USA and many countries? 3) The price to test a drug in extremely expensive. Maybe your *** can send me the money to prove your point. Also we would have to check to see if the drugs are equivalent. This includes checking the inactive ingredients as well.

4) These drugs are manufactured in India. India has nothing like an FDA to regulate drugs. So who's gonna stop them? When these drugs get caught by US/other customs they get tested and does contain little or non of the active ingredient with possibly unsafe ingredients. Customs o only release names of the most common ones of the 1000's they find and it includes hairloss drugs.

I have decided to switch to it after finasteride has been letting my hairline change so much in the past year. It's driving me crazy.

It should be here soon. I tried it once several years ago, but switched to cheaper dutagen at the time.
