Taug what type of people do you want to be hanging out with? (let me guess) the coolest most popular guys, the most good looking girls?
Well its unlikely that they will accept you straight into their group from nowhere. You need to find just one average guy as a freind and from then on you will eventually get introduced to his circle of freinds and the people he knows etc...
Thats the way it works. I see so many new people who start work at my place they come from another area and dont know anybody but they just act freindly and get talking to other people and in just a few weeks they have made loads of new freinds. Most people have no problems making new freinds this way, if you're shy it may be a little more difficult but you've just got to take the initiative and do it!
Your post is freakin gay. Who the hell bases their friendships on how good looking their friends are? Get an average looking friend and then move up to better looking ones? LOL
Guess what. Hanging out with cool people doesn't make you cool. Being cool yourself makes you cool. This isn't highschool. People don't base your coolness on your circle of friends. You gotta be cool on your own.
I would never hang out with you. That would be boring hanging out with some guy who only wants to hang out with me based on my looks, and will trade me in for a more handsome friend in the future.
Finding a true friend is difficult as an adult because everyone has jobs and lives. This isn't elementry school were you can hang out at your friends mom's house all day after school.
You need to get a hobby to find friends. As a musician, I meet crap-loads of people. Moreover, you gotta take the first step and say hi. Most people are flattered if you come up and talk to them, becuase it is a way of saying you think they are cool and that is why you are talking to them.
Now a true friend, one that looks out for you, would help you out in a time of need, those are very very very hard to find. Good luck with that.
