i agree that...

most people are genetically destined for baldness....

diet / stress - > factors in speeding up the balding process or triggering it early.

when i was heaps stressed last year i lost alot of hair quickly! mabye this hair cycle of hairs would have lasted another few years but i brought them out and me closer to my male pattern baldness genetics.

Yeah, had I known stress was a trigger man you would see me ten times calmer at 17 and 18 than now. Sadly i get my worry-wartness from my Mother as I should have noticed what it did to her hair (turned it more gray and thinner). It seems like it happens for so many at college and why not? Your worst eating habits (it seems like it) are there along with a lack of sleep, constant stress from school work, and partying makes it ideal grounds for it to happen. This school year defientley made me realize I could not ignore it no longer as it had gotten worse, I have to imagine the crash diet I did (eat very little and only healthy food with no meat and by that no chicken or fish either) contributed to it as well. I need to be more stress free but sadly this year and next year are going to be my most stressful as my core degree classes start now. I got to try though and not sweat the small stuff.
