Note: I edited my 2nd last paragraph for those who read my Routine already.
Alright guys. Warning. This is going to be long and informative about how to go about Increasing your PGE2 and Blocking your PGD2 naturally. This will most likely only be good for those just starting to thin out like myself, who still have a lot of hair.
As most of you know I was looking into getting Seti into Canada for a group buy to go along with my current Castor Oil treatment. I had not really looked much into Seti Side Effects (I know how f*****g stupid of me lol) until Sunday when I decided to check out some of the potential issues that could arise. I was so gung hoe on getting anything that would work (even though I'm still a NW1 and I have both mild OCD and I am a Hypochondriac) that I didn't even bother to see if Seti could have negative sides as it was an Asthma Medication so I just told myself "how bad could it be". Well, most of the common sides that could occur are not that bad I guess.

"That said, the side-effects reported in trials were: dry mouth, nausea, somnolence,
hepatic enzyme elevation, and anxiety. A more serious side effect reported was
cholelithiasis. Apart from the cholelithiasis, these side-effects all line up with the expected results of inhibiting PGD2; this study was very small, however, but the fact that no sexual side effects were reported is a great sign setipiprant is a more targeted treatment for hairless."
So I guess the worst thing that could happen that they know about so far is Gall Stones in the Bladder (cholelithiasis). Now I have never had stones of any kind but I sure a sh*t don't ever want to find out how they feel lol. Again, My lifestyle is as clean as it gets. Vegan, Gluten Free, No Soy, Soak all my starches to remove the Phytic Acids, All Organic GMO-Free.... blah blah you get the point. So taking the SETI route was a big step out of character for me. Again I really love my hair sooo desperate times desperate....... exactly.
Anyways after finding these things out I began to loose my sh*t. Literally. So I spent the majority of my waking time since Sunday researching the living sh*t out of the internet for a solution to our problems. Now I don't consume soy because I seem to have a somewhat of an allergic reaction to it. Nausea. And this is where things get interesting.
I have been taking a natural DHT blocker for 2 years over which period I began to fatigue and get all of the symptoms of what I thought was low Testosterone aka I felt like b**ch. It turns out that my symptoms were a result of low DHT. Some of the ingredients were Phyto Estrogens and Soy. Now this supplement didn't stop my hair from shedding completely but my hair felt noticeably thicker and shed less than it did when I was off the supplement. I hated taking it since day once since it contained Soy but again desperate times......
My point regarding Soy and Phytoestrogens is that as a Vegan I know all to well how Vegans like to boast that Plant Protein mixed in the right combination create complete amino acids and are just as biologically available as animal proteins. Which is true. It takes a lot more work then cooking up a slab of meat and to me it is worth it. To each his own. However, Vegans are the worst when it comes to defending Soy and other Phytoestrogens. How the f*** are you going to say that Plant Protein Carbs and Fats will get broken down by the body like animal sources. But Plant Phytoestrogens and Soy will not effect our estrogen??? Thats the biggest hypocritical logic I have ever seen pushed b Vegan Nazis.
This brings me to my next point. Castor Oil. I stopped the DHT blocker 3 weeks ago now and have been rubbing in Castor Oil every night. As of a few days ago with a dropper to measure out 1 ML. I have noticed C.OIL mixed with Coconut Oil my hair has stopped falling out almost completely with daily application. My hair is noticeably thicker than even with the DHT pills and my hair looks healthier and shinier.
However, I have noticed a few side effects in terms of my reaction to the Castor Oil application. I have not experienced any feminizing effects however I have been feeling Nausea as I do when I consume Miso, Tofu, and other Soy Foods etc etc. Was unaware as to why this could be…. So I did more research and found out that Castor is a Form of ……….. you guessed it. SOY! f***!
So long story short I have complied a list of ingredients that I suggest you all give a try before jumping on the Pharma stuff “If you want”. Again, this will probably only help early stage thinners but I do not see this growing back a full head of hair. Again I could be dead wrong but I don’t see Natural products working like Pharmaceuticals to give you Swiss Temples results in 4 weeks haha. That is what you call an Extreme Measure.
So, as for the PGE2 Protagonist you guys need to be using Oils Topically on the Scalp. Which oil to use you ask? Well I found out that the only Oils out there that are Phyto Estrogen free are Citrus Oils. Yes, Citrus Oils have been known to be PGE2 Protagonists. They also contain NO Estrogens. (Im purging all sources of Estrogen from my life as I am getting back into beast mode lol).
There is a substance called
Limonene which is a natural agent that has strong evidence showing it could be a PGE2 protagonist. Google to find out more. I will be replacing my Castor Oil with Limonene immediately. Also if you are going to use other base oils to Limonene so that you have more Oil to spread around your hair make sure you research which Oils are Phytoesrtogenic. To my surprise many oils of many kinds are Estrogenic in nature including Peppermint, Tea Tree, Lavender etc etc. Here is a article on basically all essential oils except the citrus family having some degree of estrogen.
http://e-oils.blogspot.ca/2013/10/estrogen-dominance-and-using-essential.html
To summarize the first part. I will be using only citrus oils and Limonene from now on as my PGE2 Protagonists. I am more than confident that they will yield the same results as the Castor Oil I have been using. Limonene also has no listed side effects and is considered safe in Food Amounts by Web MD.
Now onto the natural replacements for Setipiprant. I have seen on a few other fourms over the last past year people have recently been trying a varying degree of what I am about to suggest. There have been no in-depth follow ups or reports on how people are doing that I could find mainly because I didn’t bother looking lol. However I did research the crap out of every Ingredient I am out to suggest trying as I will be starting all of these here immediately.
Resveratrol. Found in Grapes, Onions and other natural foods is an anti aging supplement that has been proven to reduce cellular ageing and increasing the life span of Telomeres. Increases Testosterone, protects against heart disease, cancer etc etc etc
Anyways this is the article most of you will care about.

Here is a link to the brand I’m going to be trying.

Next up is
Quercetin. Not well digest through the stomach so it is best to dissolve this in water, then add the citrus oils and apply topically

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18831918
EDIT: I am also going to be dissolving
L-Cysteine into the oil mixture.
Another supplement to try is
Luteolin (another PGD2 inhibitor) however I am not going to be using this to start as I believe that the Limonene, Orange Oil, Quercetin and Resveratrol will be more than enough to solve my problems. Google Luteolin if you would like more information.
So to summarize this is going to be what I try before moving forwards with the Seti Order which I most likely/hopefully will not even have to do.
*** I will be taking the Resveratrol 1 Pill of 500MG with a glass full of Hot Water, Turmeric and Black Pepper. Turmeric is huge anti estrogen and anti aromatase herb that increases the absorption of Resveratol (the curcumin in Turmeric actually does that but….). The black pepper makes the Turmeric 2000% more absorbed than Turmeric by its self. So essentially I will be creating a synergistic effects between all 3.
*** I will be mixing Rosemary Oil with Orange oil and some Coconut Oil (as I have just re-searched and it seems like coconut oil has no Estrogenic effects). Then mix in the Quercetin powder and N-Acetyl L-Cysteine on low heat just to melt it all together; and apply topically to scalp for 20 minutes. Well, I won’t be doing the rubbing but……… lmao. And let it sit for 2 hours minimum.
I will look more into Luteolin as I just found it while I was typing up this article but for now Im pretty set on the above. Glad I did all this before jumping on a $5000 order of Seti lol. I hope you guys looking for some safe and effective methods out there find use from this. Sorry to the Seti crew, if sh*t really hit the fan ( I doubt it will by the way I respond to naturally treatments all the time) then Ill let you know.
Cheers.
