Dermarolling Safety Thread. Maximizing Growth And Minimizing Scarring.

So i've got my derminator and was about to wound, but started thinking about scars and stopped. Is there any studies about scaring? I wonder when do scars form and why there shouldn't be any scars from derminator?

Btw, i've a lot of pimples during m teens and popped them, no scaring on my face. So i wonder if my scalp will be scarfree too

Understand why you are inclined to think about consequences, and that's only healthy.
There is, however, a way that you can hedge yourself from these fears and outcomes,
and that's by going slowly and not rushing it.

Dermaneedling has been around for some time now and is also(and mainly) used for other benefits
than hair on scalp. One of these things is actually scar repair / skin rejuvenation.

So..my advice to you would be to start of carefully with a conservative depth and build up from
there with some ''common sense''. Take care of basic hygiene during the procedure and
you won't have to think about infection (almost impossible up to 0,5mm) depending on where
you needle(skin thickness).

You will soon come to understand that not all skin areas are of the same thickness on the scalp.
Because of this, it's even more important to give the ''thinner'' layers more time to build up
the collagen, which you will accomplish with conservative dermaneedling.

what scar u re talking about ? I use dermaroller for about a year and I have absolutely zero scar / skin problems. Actually after few hours It's like you have done nothing to your scalp(redness/tightness go away). +it comes back to normal after you wash few tiny scabs there can be.
I dermaroll on sundays, on mondays I go work with a normal looking scalp(well.. with aag though^^)
As you have the derminator I guess it's even better! be sure to follow the study and take care of desinfection

Are you using it worth minoxidil or just a dermaroller, and have you seen any regrowth in a completly bald area?

Added dermaroller after months of minoxidil. I have seen sparse regrowth but it’s not exceptional. Like I said in another thread, the best thing I ve noticed is thickening. Next step for me is to let hairs growth tocompare situations.
Anyway you can’t wait stupendous things with dermaroller/dermastamp on its own on bald spots I think but it can help the cause.
All in all that's why I have great expectations for follica with his “all in one” solution
