In general, hrt either works or not, no matter what compound you use.
For valerate you'll need to inject twice as often as cypionate for the same stability of levels. Average is every 3-4 days for valerate and every 7 for cypionate for monotherapy. If you want to use valerate once a week, you better have AA in addition to higher dose.

Regarding using with injections, actually got my blood tests last week and my LH is 0.05 now, compared to 0.6 with mono (which is likely due to my ACH and acetylcholine problems, but nvm).

For me only orchi works. Cant give any other tip cause nothing worked before, so i cant recommend something that hasn't worked to me
