Een half life is around 2 weeks, 5 weeks would be entirely clear from system,
if you mean hair results? hair cycle phases are months to years, the resting (telogen) can last almost half a year before transitioning into growing (anagen) phase
The speed of these phases are controlled by genetics and igf-1

i meant that you need to count 3 months-6 months after the steady level.So that the first month didnt count but i was wrong

What amuses me is that for 20 years now, every year on forums like Reddit, people write "A hair loss treatment has appeared, a real game-changer!". They undergo trials with inconclusive results, and at best, snake oil like RU hits the market. Repeat the cycle.

The studies will be conducted, as always, on boomers with Norwood 6, and when they develop a little fuzz, they will say that it works. This has nothing to do with those who started going bald at 15.

Chemical castration never worked for my mental. I was always stressing about my levels and always asking myself what would happen if I lose access to HRT. For me only physical castration could ease my anxiety and even if I lose access to hrt I wont lose as much hair as on full Testosterone. So yeah physical castration helped tremendously with the anxiety so less anxiety = more hair cuz less cortisol and sh*t.

(Also I wanted revenge for all the nasty sh*t androgens brought to me)

I still have testicles but they are hard as rock inside my scrotum and getting smaller with each session. So the balls are still there but they are useless at this point.

I take hydrocortisone to boost my cortisol, but it also stimulates pituitary gland to make more LH, so i had to take higher EEn dose. Now with gnrh i can gradually lower it.

Why would u boost ur cortisol? Just curious

Nothing serious tho, took it only occasionally based on symptoms, but started feeling tired more often after Covid, hence its in my regime now.

But your LH wasnt too high, does it gets much higher when you use a normal Een dosage?

After 3 months on 6mg EEn my LH was 1.5, and another 3 months on 7mg showed 1.3. So, ye i believe its dose dependent at least for me. FSH was already nuked on 6mg btw.

Yeah very high for 6 mg ngl. My LH with 6 mg is between <0.07 to 0.3, but never went higher than 0.3

Yep, it sucks, especially considering that i got sides from basically all medications i took. So gnrh was my last resort, and suprisingly no sides!

Can I ask why you are so scared of orchi? Are you planning stopping HRT in the future? Cause if you are gonna keep e2 / you hate T there is no reason to keep them

To be completely honest, the only reason that comes to mind is that my wife kinda likes to play with them.

U can get prosthetics ones, she can still plays with them but u wont have to worry about anything anymore
