redwhite4534, this post is irrelevant, because your T and Duta dose are too high for this regime.
Firstly you'll have to decide if you wanna nuke your T or not, we can go from there.
Thank you for your response, this was really helpful. I should've mentioned, I first pulled the trigger on increasing e because I had switched brands of dutasteride, which caused an initial shed. I was using 2.5mg of dutasteride from alldaychemist, and switched to a different brand from a legit pharmacy in the US because of costs and I was suspicious my dutasteride may have been unstable because it was sourced overseas. After 2 weeks on the new dutasteride brand, I returned back to the all day chemist brand + increased my hrt stack.
I'm not opposed to lowering my T, but I was shedding from trying out cypro after not using it for a year. And to clarify, my test was 740 on 2mg e + 2.5mg dutasteride, since going on 4mg I can feel my sex drive going down, so I'm assuming its also dropping my T (which was my plan). I don't like cypro's long term side effects, and thought raising e would be a better way of lowering my test.
I had tried coming off e around this time last year, but noticed my hair starting to thin in the front, so I immediately went back on 2mg. Within a couple of weeks my hair returned to normal. Because of this, I thought increasing my e dose would help improve my situation. Let me know if this is wrong.
Also, I had always thought 2.5mg dutasteride would be the best dose to maintain hair, I didn't know high doses would influence conversion of progesterone to allopregnanolone or lower progesterone metabolism. I'm curious what you would recommend for my hair loss stack?
