You might as well need some antipsychotic, that is what you missed in your regimen. Also some SSRI it improves aromatization

i think hrt can prevent Androgenetic Alopecia . if not we are all stupid here keep taking sh*t and still going bald(still miniaturizing).I really doubt you can still have significant loss after 10 yrs of hrt

Is not just us, womens also go bald even with high estradiol levels in blood. Theres something more. Funny sh*t is womans go bald in diffuse pathern, same as me and as a lot people who dont responde to normal treatments.

I still think you can. Receptors on young people are so mutated than even minimal androgen signal will make us bald

tbh the best solution would be an oral androgen receptor degrador and not abiraterone or corticosteroids that also affect adrenal glands. You kill your f*****g androgen receptors you are saved cause androgen would be on serum but wouldnt be able to do its job on tissues, as simple as that

I got those hairs for 2+ years. They never got thicker just ugly and sparse. I have seen many people with that kind of regrowth on hairline. TBH to get a real hairline restoration u will have to get a transplant. The issue in most of us is the diffuse thinning that a transplant cant fix.

There is no solution for ppl that suffer Androgenetic Alopecia from a young age. If you start balding between age 16-25 you are done there will be no fix for us, just try to maintain till genetic want us to go fully bald, cause the best joke here is the more you age the more sensitive your androgen receptors get so imagine if you have very sensitive receptor at age 16-25, just wait till you are 35-40

IMO, androgen degrador wont help the majority of people who already tried HRT. If you're a young balder, it usually means that you already have mutated sebaceous glands and therefore hair follicles since utero, meaning they are super sensitive to not just steroid hormones, but also peptide ones like prolactin or insulin, just via defferent pathways. With those kind of mutations you need to dig a little deeper and counter direct sources of hair cycle disruption and inflammation. And the main sources are Wnt signaling pathway and PGD2.
PGD2 is both the main source of inflammation and Wnt activator. Like other prostaglandins, it can be easily countered by NSAIDs like aspirin without a need of using corticosteroids in most cases. I think the reduction of it must be a priority for most people with hairloss.
Wnt, which can also cause cancer and diabetes btw, unfortunately, cannot be inhibited directly apart from lowering PGD2. There is a direct Inhibitor, but it was only tested on rats, but successfully, which is good news.

i can't stop thinking about this. to say diet doesn't impact hair is literally mental illness. how do you think your body is going to regenerate hair if you don't eat hellllllaaaa protein? hormones or not you need to be aiming for at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight daily if you actually give a f*** about hair. i spent too long overlooking this and it was a major mistake.
I also think that diet is super important, especially if you arent using anti-inflammatory drugs. I agree that you need enough protein, but IMO more than anything else you need to avoid inflammatory foods like sugars, caffeine, flour products and alcohol.
