my current regimen is dutasteride 0.5, oral min 5 mg, cpa 75 mg a week(planning to quit it but slowly) and EEn injections 11-12 mg every 10 days and hydrocortysone butyrrate 3 times a week

ive talked to noha kennedy and he said that he kept shedding and regrowing too till month 6-7 so maybe its my case too.
And also he said that a lot of people stabileze after 1 year on a costant hrt regimen.Things were going good and maybe i can recover with hydrocortisone too and now that ive changed injecting time

I have been on hrt for years and never stabilized cause my dht is too high from a year ago to today when it suddenly spiked

Today my hair looks unexpectedly kinda good and since i will not surrender to balding the only way is to keep going with the regimen and not changing dosage and timings

I'd recommend starting with 12.5 mg daily and megadose dutasteride. That is my current regimen(Estradiol, oral and topical min too). I have 0 libido and 0 sex drive ever since I started megadose dutasteride, so I think something must be working.

Your hair texture is pretty good tho. Mine is very fucked. Last year it was so good now it is destroyed

Don't be overconfident. My dht was 4.5 ng/dl with just 0.5 mg dutasteride every other day before I increased bicalutamide. Not sure if it was because of that but it happened just after I did that.

I take vitamin D3+K2 daily. Last blood test showed 70.15 ng/ml
