I have enjoyed your science-oriented commentary. Great minds think alike.
But I would encourage some to avoid the childish stuff that always crops up on here if you can. Anyone taking cross-hormones has by definition, psychological issues to deal with.
My regimen:
Estradiol patch X 2 at 0.1mg daily, one on each cheek; 200 mg progesterone, lately taken orally; liberal/high use of Estrogel on hair, breasts, face and genitals, Loniten 2.5 mg, every other day; Trentoin several times monthly, on face and scalp; Frequent micro needling and derma rolling;
I have had remarkable results everywhere except my hair. Hair regrowth is a long slow process. It's taken over ten years but the bald spot has completely filled in and the hairline is still coming in. I have high hair standards though so the irony is that I wear a wig in public and for my career.
