yeah but ive seen a lot of improvement in diffuse patterns with spironolactone,so maybe can do the trick for me
You can try but I would rly try 1 mg or more dutasteride with estradiol first. Also oral and topical minoxidil ofc

You can do 12.5 mg for few weeks then stop. I have heard people stopping it out of suddently and getting issues with it, not sure how true it is but i tapered it of to be safe

yeah quitting it should reduce it by a lot dont you think?
Yeah but keep in mind your e2 might also be very high with 8 mg weekly. Try to be between 300-380 pg/ml.

I literally had your diffuse thinning when I had too much prolactin

I never said any of those things but virtually no cis-females have dark voices. I don't support transgender people being in the limelight or taking controversial positions or playing with XX's. That was the stupidest idea in history and it greatly damaged all trans people and put them at risk. Nobody was even paying attention until Bruce Jenner changed his name and then the ridiculous 6' 4" woman on the Penn swim team that resembled Kramer doing karate with children. I am libertarian but very little good comes from highlighting all of this disfunction. Nobody could even tell unless they previously knew them, who transsexual women were. They were all required to take feminizing HRT and to get surgery and there were major gate keepers. Maybe those gatekeepers had benefits as well as negatives but....

This doesn't mean that a person can't actually become a female using hormones. You don't get pregnant or menstruate but visually you are cis looking and you are able to have sex three different ways. That's pretty close without any surgery. People relate to you as they perceive you so stealth is essential.
you are generalizing, not all trans women are Karla Sofia or Caitlyn Jenner, the vast majority of trans people go unnoticed and want to live a quiet life in the shadows, it is silly to say all this saying that women should not have controversial positions, without the trans community surely you would not have hormones today, or without the trans struggle you would be killed today for being an LGBT person. I think that no one should look like a diva as you have said before and I agree, but everything else is stupid, Karla Sofia or Caitlyn do not represent me, I feel identified with any cis woman who wears a wide sweatshirt with a bow and wears eyeliner

AA's, not including aromatase-purging ones appear to be jarring to the system particularly for people not using estrogen. In the early days of the blog and in my own experience, such sheds could be harrowing.

I honestly don't feel strongly either way about any of this. Live and let live but I hear cis people saying degrading things about transgender females all of the time and they don't appear to be referring to me. I'm bored with the non-binary thing which is what started causing major problems for women living in stealth. Nobody ever objected to transsexual women in the locker room because nobody knew that they were. Nobody wants Non-Binary Bobby showering next to them in either locker room. If I showered in the men's locker room now, it would cause a riot and I would be at least, temporarily arrested or in danger of violence or harassment.

Nobody knows the answer to that nor does anyone think that, to my knowledge. We aren't gypsies. To my knowledge, there is zero evidence that obsessing over HRT leads to better results. We don't have the knowledge to find any way that works better than estrogen and maybe an AA or 2. I go on the Powers site and all of them have tiny boobs and crummy hair in spite of his formula and all of the other marginal things that they conjecture and try. I can basically guarantee you that nothing works better for hair than estradiol-only which is a term of art. Why bother with trying to adjust all of this other superfluous irrelevant stuff? But I see it every single time on the Powers site. It's almost like a cult over there. Estradiol-only works best and is the healthiest of all methods when not swallowed. I don't get this continuous pursuit of things where we have no evidence that they even work. Changing your AA is not going to make any difference at all to your hair.

These are selection issues with the Powers site meaning that the people who get great results move on. Powers gets stuck with the heartbroken, boobless, hairless more masculine women and then they all obsess together over how to turn people simply not getting "results" on. It doesn't work but you might think that these things do after reading umpteen prolactin entries posted ad naseum on his site. Every single time someone mentions prolactin related to either breast size or hair growth, my eyes roll back into their sockets at the oblivion of the discussion.

This is bringing me back to years ago. MtF's setting alarm clocks so they could wake up and suck on an estrogen pill under their tongue. They would obsess about estrone vs. estradiol and how to avoid the wrong proportion. None of this stuff works and it's creepy and obsessive. Here is a recent post:

Ways to lower estrone without switching estradiol ROA?

I always see people talking about switching to sublingual or injections or whatever, but I’m in a situation where I’ve tried all and oral is the only form of estrogen my body will accept (coming from 2 years of trying different things), so I’m wondering, is there a way to reduce estrone if I’m unable to switch to different methods? Because I feel like that would help my meds work better. Possibly a supplement, or a medication to supplement the oral estrogen? thank you!

not coming out of the closet and not making the social transition because of what people think is your responsibility, and it seems like absolute nonsense to me. Do you care so much what people think that you would live your entire life not being yourself? What does it matter what some cis women say, trans people have been hated all our lives for the simple fact of existing. It's bullshit that you live in a closet forever and continue hiding because of what they will say. And no, don't blame it on the non-binary gender because it has nothing to do with it, the rejection of the trans community has always existed and long before the non-binary terminology existed. You are promoting hatred just like the cis people you complain about and for which you cannot be free. Live your life yes. No matter what people say, it's your life not theirs, and even if you don't believe it, they are going to discriminate against you for one thing or another and you go. Live unhappily forever because of what people will say about four dumb, rich daddy's girls and five bald guys who vote for Trump.

None of that means anything to me nor does it have anything to do with me. I didn't vote for Trump. I voted libertarian.
