i doubt it was intense as it was pre hrt,when i nukes T scalp pain went away.Pre hrt dht was 22 ng dl and T maybe very high... and after hrt, t was 0,24 ng dl and dht 5,0 ng dl .For me i think it was all due to T i doubt a difference of 15 ng dl in dht could have saved my scalp pain

17 ng/dl reduction in DHT is big! Definitely can make a difference.

I think you have no idea how more potent dht is vs T. 2.5 to 10 times more potent so imagine

Bro not to be this guy but I have experienced with more drugs than you ever did and prob read more studies too. Also did many many hormone blood tests

from now on im gonna take 1 mg dutasteride daily and lower my om dosage to 2,5 mg.Im going to prioritize dutasteride.It will still be expensive but i can afford it for now even if i do not work.When im gonna have a job im gonna take 5 avodart capsules daily and forget about hair loss once and for all...(even tough i would like to take 5 mg of dutasteride daily)

Not irreversibly but it will while your taking it

Yeah that + hrt will guarantee very very low androgen even in tissues

In ppl who suffers Androgenetic Alopecia at very young age? Yes I do think that too. In ppl 30+ starting to go bald? Maybe but way way less so prob for those ppl T is not the biggest issue. For us young balders every androgen is an issue

CPA does nothing to DHT in any case it can make it worse by increasing prolactin and then adrenal androgens

Im not sure. My DHT spiked from 4.5 ng/dl to 22 ng/dl and never went fully back to being low, but I was taking way much more bica than I needed so I might've prob fucked things up. I'd take it easy with antiandrogens and if you take bica start with the lowest dosage possible
