Who in their right mind would use such a shitty greasy lotion on their scalp for the rest of their lives while on HRT? It defeats the purpose of hrt... Hrt already fix the ROOT cause of male pattern baldness. Min does not. Its just an added benefit but not worth using. You want to achieve convenience when it comes to treating hairloss. I sure do. Thats why I use everything orally. Just pop pills and im done in a sec. You dont want to overcomplicate things.

But I think there’s something to be said for effectiveness of topicals in combo to pills for max results

Baby. Stop. What u need is LOVE. Get a transplant first. Im nw2 with diffuse thinning and I will save up for transplant. I would.rather be bald than to take a female hormone and im freaking GAY. Get a grip u sissy boy. Jesus christ...... Oral finasteride and min ls my limit. finasteride already gives me sexuall sides.... Esteogen would turn me into a manlet sissy femboy fuk that.

Actually it gives great erections, 2-3mg is enough for hair if your taking finasteride and min.
But everyones reacts different

Max and max. Dont be greedy. Be happy for maintenance/thickening with just orals. But if you are nw3-4 then u need that extra boost but always try orals first never topicals.
