if I ever see a PFS incel with a wig glued onto his head I'm doing this

People are against bullying based on appearance... But only when it doesn't concern men. You will be ostracized if you say something about a woman being overweight. But you can laugh at a man's height and baldness, although overweight is fixable, but genetics is not. Welcome to the society.

I wasn't gonna post anything on this forum but now that I will finally give up with everything I will do a final post that will put an end to this topic for me. 3 years 2 months HRT. Levels are good, just dht elevated(tried everything to lower it during this last year). My regime is Een 5.5 mg every week, dutasteride 1 mg every day, bicalutamide 25 mg EOD, oral minoxidil 2.5 mg and topical minoxidil 5% with tretinoin every night. I have even tried prednisone to lower adrenal androgen during this last month and it has done nothing at all. I also had a chemical orchiectomy(surgery was accepted btw just waiting for it). I also did a 11 and 21 deoxycortisol test with LC-MS method and everything is ok no sign of CAH or NC-CAH(did these test before trying prednisone).

I basically do this post to warn everyone that HRT does not work for every person. Maybe because your AR is too sensitive even to the minimal androgen output, maybe because some people's body upregulates in unexpected ways after long term androgen deprivation, who knows, but the thing is it doesn't work for everyone as ppl claim. I will not be an hypocrite and say don't try HRT cause it does not work, however , If after one year with good levels and a good antiandrogen + estradiol injection you don't see big improvements, don't expect much. Also if you started balding at a very young age, do not take for granted you will have indefinitely protection from hair loss especially for people that didnt get good results to begin with.

I will prob cut my hair very short and try to live life as normal as I can till I get tired of this sh*t and kill myself eventually. I will attach some pics I took earlier to show I am not lying and my hair is getting worse every single week.

First 4 pics was taken today. The other pics was taken years ago(sadly I dont have many pics because my old phone is dead and I couldnt recover any pic). HRT is not a magic treatment. It surely works for some ppl and it can work better than standard treatments but by no means it works for everyone.

This is it for me, I wish you luck in the hair growth journey.

I'm guessing Cyproterone didn't work for you, right?

Thank you for sharing your personal experience. Please don't commit suicide. We have talked a few times very openly on here and privately, and you are a great person who is caring. The world needs people like you.

You are objectively correct in your contention that every treatment is a risk. For some, the risk may be worth it. For others, it may not be. This can really be applied to every treatment. In many cases, even dutasteride monotherapy is often not worth the risk if one is already maintaining just fine on finasteride/min. Hair greed can be costly. That said, I understand that others with aggressive hair loss who are losing ground may feel that there is no other option. Again, especially to those who are newer and not as familiar with hair loss treatments - with any regimen, attempt at your own risk!

I hope that you can find ways of managing your problem. Even if things can't be cured, sometimes you can at least manage the damage. Prayers to you brother.

it just prolongs how long your skin looks good, it wont reverse all the testosterone damage. i never saw a troon over 30 look younger after starting that late but they stay looking younger if they start earlier. lilly tino has the same disgusting skin he always had but I don't think it would ever look this bad if he just trooned out earlier

Well, well, well...
Don't be that sad lol. You still have choices like hair pieces. That's what I'll do in the near future since nothing works for me.
