I don’t want to jinx myself but I think bicalutamide is working now.
it will work because it converts all testosterone to estradiol. You cannot control doses of estradiol. To control it, you need to consume it separately and not use Bika.

I tried topical estradiol and my experience was too bad. My dick was almost dead.
I use one estradiol, my potency is the same. Apply shemale experience. They have potency and a member, be healthy! And they want to get laid no worse than men.

don’t look at it, I have already increased and changed my regimen for a long time. At this moment I’m experiencing 4 mg of estradiol per day

I used from 12.5-25 cpa per day and estradiol 4 mg per day every day. This brought very good results! But apparently prolactin started to grow. I decided to close this regimen and switch to spironolactone over time. At the moment I am on 4 mg estradiol per day, 2 mg estrofem at night and 1.5 mg estrogel in the morning.

I don't think bica should be used with dutasteride anymore

Wikipedia says this about bica,
"Like other first-generation NSAAs and enzalutamide, it has been found to act as a weak non-competitive inhibitor of GABAA receptor-mediated currents in vitro (IC50 = 5.2 μM).[210][211] "

And we already know that 5ar inhibitors also reduce neurosteriods such as allopregnolanone ,. which also acts on that same GABAa receptor!

And also according to Drugs.com, bica may increase blood dutasteride levels:

Recently, I've been feeling a bit weird and having anxiety, I probably got super low GABAa , but I felt alot better last night after sublingual progesterone.

Using finasteride and progesterone with bica is probably better
