Yar is taking spironolactone orally not topically. Im not sure if that is what you were asking by "do you applied on scalp"

Perhaps instead of increasing the dosage to 100mg, it is wiser to add 100mg spironolactone or 2mg Estradiol. I dont know
Will 2mg estradiol in addition to Bica destroy my T, or will there still be? I would hate to get a feminized brain

Honestly, I'm 100% fine with my dick going into hibernation for a while until I can find a balance, what I am however not interested in is my androgen receptors upregulating due to long term biclutamide use.

As the member before said, better take E after full development, so you don't have irreversible damage. If bica+finasteride+ maybe spironolactone wont halt your loss, then I don't know if it is even driven by androgens. E is just a growth stimulant in my eyes, and a indirect anti androgen to supress all your T and indirectly your DHT.

Maybe look out for the thread "regrowing hair while retaining masculinity" by Wolfpac, or so.

Estrogen is the -only- path to regrowing hair, a baby has zero f*****g hair on its head and it is wispy and virtually nonexistent until it starts developing an endocrine system, and specifically estrogen becomes a factor.

As men get older or if they are unlucky enough they progress in their endocrine function to a point where in their teens and 20s their hormones cannot support hair growth they will HAVE to rely on exogenous estrogen to regrow, that's it, there's no way around it, and if you're that terrified that you refuse to use estrogen to regain hair, anyone who cannot do so with finasteride and refuses to upgrade to estrogen deserves to go bald.

Even more than 25mgs of bica plus estrogen is way too f*****g much.

I've decided to go with cyproterone 2mg plus estrogen, and that will be it until I get my hair coming back in and then I will abandon the cyproterone entirely and go exclusively with estrogens and simply keeping my test down and taking metformin.
