Sometimes our own aggressive treatment in terms of scalp massage or brushing can lead to temporary shedding but it's because the follicles are improving and won't work any longer with the thinner shafts existent....

I don't have inflammation afaik but i use nizoral sparingly
I would add a blue shampoo that is not harsh, like maybe head and shoulders. I am not certain that we always are able to identify inflammation. H&S unlike Keto is actually a nice shampoo that for me, doesn't strip it bare of all sebum. I would stop vigorous brushing for a while and anything else mechanically stressful....

Maybe i'll just get an orchiectomy and live as MTF. That sounds better than ending it.

Well. That's why I try and I think Bridge did, to show that "being" female is not a step down or something to fear or be ashamed of but it's a fine line again because one ought not feel compelled to re-assign or even identify as non-binary but I am certain that many folks regardless will find you worthwhile.

Baldness is not associated with any conditions that present immediate danger to life.

Comparing it to cancer is when they start to wonder about our ability to rationally categorize conditions in life. It mostly impacts white and Semites and mixtures of the two not everyone like cancer does. It is not a disease and scarce resources might be taken away from Covid and cancer research and other more immediate dangers. Because wigs always have existed and it can be treated among those who take quick action.

This is another version of a post that someone else just put up.

I have never seen any posts that say that people should wait until Norwood 4, nor have I seen any saying that you shouldn't undergo whatever treatment you like. The issue is whether society should subsidize balding folks and maybe they should because it is a huge psychological risk an impairment. But let's not invent ghosts that don't exist. Nobody is "rooting" for baldness or saying that it does not merit resources. There's a thing called capitalism and if there were something that worked even better than what we have, there are strong incentives for the system to provide it.

This is also sexual dimorphism and it has always existed without imperiling survival of the race.

When I posted my photo on the forum, they told me that I didn’t even go bald and I didn’t need to do anything. But in fact, I'm just a reasonable person who started treatment right away
People think that nw0-1 doesn't need to do anything. They cannot look ahead in time

But who cares what they said? I give you permission to take early action. Many folks who might be more advanced in hair loss often use themselves as the standard as opposed to an average youth of your own age. Plus you might have diminution of hair quality that is also associated with coming baldness. The first sign is often frizziness and an inability to wear hair long and have it look nice.

In the first two years of 16-18 years old baldness, I only had a deterioration in the quality of my hair. Everyone told me that I wasn't even balding and I didn't have to do anything. However, I wish I had started earlier. You had to jump on Bica right away, and not waste time on finasteride

Increasing lack of moisture content and lack of sheen indicate an aesthetic breakdown of the hair. That's why I keep pasting pics of Belushi, Robin Williams and Son of Sam. All had complete or nearly complete coverage and their hair still looked like crap. I just posted pics of Phil Collins's hair journey and it is clear that dull, lifeless, increasingly brittle hair indicates that without treatment, the battle is lost hair-wise. I wanted to wear my hair long and the last two years before I saw an incipient bald spot I noticed that it looked much nicer not wet but damp like ten minutes before being dry. This loss of moisture content is a key indicator not f*****g hairlines so just ignore the coverage at all cost people who think Son of Sam hair is somehow less bad than going bald.

Note in the pic below of flyaway hair without moisture content. This guy will perhaps never go bald but looking like this is worse than going bald. That's why I emphasize overall attractiveness not f*****g coverage and hair counts which are meaningless largely. If you look at transtimelines before and after pics, only HRT can save a mess like this. You actually see the difference in quality and sheen more so than any increase in "thickness" in the folks who start HRT before hair loss so I am with you.

Inflammation, Scalp Environment and Hair Loss

Why do I focus so much on hair quality as opposed to hair counts and mere coverage? It's because of the strong correlation between loss of hair quality and incipient hair loss:

As can be seen from the summary of scalp abnormalities, the most common manifestation to hair emerged from an unhealthy scalp is an altered cuticle with evidence of surface pitting, roughness, cuticle rigidity, or breakage. In some cases, the impact is manifested as shine reduction. In addition to the physical changes, there are biochemical alterations observed in hair emerged from an unhealthy scalp, with both protein and lipid components affected, most commonly by oxidative damage.[17,61,66,67]

Finally, a number of observations have found that premature hair loss may be caused by the poor scalp health associated with either dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis,[62,63,64] or psoriasis,[68,69] indicating that the effect on the preemergent hair fiber may alter the anchoring force of the fiber with the follicle, as evidenced by an increased proportion both of catagen and telogen,[74,75] and of dysplastic anagen hairs (anagen hairs devoid of hair root sheaths)[75,76] in the trichogram (hair pluck).
