I used Flutamide + Finasteride in the form of transdermal gel on the scalp, manipulated it, I don't remember the dosage now.
I thought that a controlled dosage at a specific location would avoid systemic sides.
But what happened ?
Some considerations: I used it for 4 months, my skin improved insanely insane, real regrowth in the frontal region I am a nw1 on the way to the nw2 parked now, some users here have seen my photos I don't want to share publicly here.
I also felt good about myself, I don't know how to explain, perhaps due to the fact that FLUT greatly increases the serum levels of Testosterone and increasing E2 via aromatase too .
But very strong sexual sides OF insanely strong, I had an unprecedented erectile dysfunction I didn't know how to keep erect for anything, I thought it would pass but it didn't, while I used flutamide my penis didn't work, I was forced to stop, go out with a girl for a party and while I kissed her at the party my friend down there didn't go up for anything, for nothing, I didn't take her home to have sex because it wasn't working, it was the last straw for me.
In my opinion bicalutamide much safer, less hepatotoxic, maintains fertility, without sexual sides, without depressive symptoms, what worries me about bicalutamide is only the elevated levels of Testosterone in the long term, 5 years, 10 years , but with e2 seems it is very toxic for testicles very very , estradiol in high serum levels f*** your balls forever .
I fear that bicalatamide will make your prostate highly sensitive to testosterone when you remove the medication from your therapeutic regimen, it will greatly increase the risk of prostate hyperplasia, it will be almost certain, so bicalutamide is forever think about it, however finasteride is forever also, so just choose your drug and take your risks.
This is strange. It seems to me that on Bicalutamide my libido is slightly higher than on Finasteride alone. There are no problems with an erection at all

50mg bicalutamide + 1mg finasteride right?
Yes. I am afraid that the dose of Bicalutamide is too low and I need 75 or 100. But I decided to test a small dose and then switch to large doses if 50mg does not have the desired effect

50 mg curiously keeps your levels of circulating sex hormones higher than 100mg, I think it goes with your body, sometimes 100mg is better due to the lower conversion of T to DHT, but you can't say 50mg increases E2 levels more than 100mg

I went through the same thing, it's hard to tell but I think I might just be at the tail end of it. Have you noticed a difference in your skin quality, like oilyness, or your sex drive going up? I think my shedding was due to altering dosages, and I noticed the androgenic symptoms return. Is your diet the same as it was when the regimen was working, it may be a factor too.
