End of the day doctors are people, so yeah they do always look out for number 1 which is themselves.
A doctor with the best heart and honest practice still hesitates to answer in public when someone goes down and they ask for a doctor in the room because too often if that person is going to die no matter what and the doctor intervenes the family of the people are open to sue that doctor for malpractice just for trying to help. Sounds crazy but evidently true (disclaimer, I have more than one Doctor in the fam)
But back to the fibrosis issue, how many of you guys think thats the bottom line. I mean we really have no way of reversing fibrosis easily available but in a way it makes sense, no?
