I asked my friend who had bad hair loss too at your age, and he said that you should use 50mg of bicalutamide per day. 25mg is not enough, and that’s the dosage recommended for women. You should also use 2mg of estradiol per day, 1mg in the morning and 1mg at night. And, you should use 5mg of oral minoxidil per day.

Finasteride significantly enhances the effect of Bicalutamide, reducing competition. Bicalutamide and Finasteride are the base. I will add 2mg estradiol if that doesn't work. As I understand it, this is the minimum dosage.
However, it scares me that even if I do a mastectomy, my hips will enlarge, and they are already large ... Perhaps then it is safer to use spironolactone, but I cannot understand the full list of side effects. For example, people complain of weakness

Having wide hips is not the end of the world i think, (like being bald is). You can build up muscle to have more of a square shape anytime you want.

I am struggling to build muscle to have a rectangular shape right now. If the imbalance gets worse, it will be a problem. Plus, it's hard to build muscle on estradiol, although I haven't tested it.
Anyway, if it gives me great hair, I'm ready. But will it be seen on my face that I am taking something? Won't people start to see me as less manly, gay? Will people notice that there is something wrong with me?
Because @bridgeburn has changed so much in his regime that he can certainly be confused with a girl. You see, I don't want gender dysphoria

Estradiol is a no for you (me). Try to rely on your native estrogens, which get elevated by bica. Seriously, a man shouldnt touch estrogens and anti androgens. But I see AA's as the limit of the limit.

Estradiol is a no for you (me). Try to rely on your native estrogens, which get elevated by bica. Seriously, a man shouldnt touch estrogens and anti androgens. But I see AA's as the limit of the limit.

I thought so too, but if you remove the breasts, then what's the problem? If you can take E and remain like a man, then I see no problem

Its more than you think. Not only about breasts. Are you willing to do FtM surgeries? Lol

I think bica is the limit (as the strongest of the "safest" AAs). The next option is hair system for cis guys. Just get on AA and 5ARi and do a giga transplant. That should be enough, when you're 40-60, there will definitely be something, related to cloning, out.

As the member before said, better take E after full development, so you don't have irreversible damage. If bica+finasteride+ maybe spironolactone wont halt your loss, then I don't know if it is even driven by androgens. E is just a growth stimulant in my eyes, and a indirect anti androgen to supress all your T and indirectly your DHT.

Maybe look out for the thread "regrowing hair while retaining masculinity" by Wolfpac, or so.

Thanks, this is a very interesting thread. But his regime is unreasonable. It is much safer and easier to take Bicalutamide 50mg + 1mg finasteride and 2mg estradiol. Ikarus used something similar, and his goals coincided with ours: he was not a trans and wanted to remain masculine. I think this is a great regimen for regrowth, the main thing is to completely remove the breast to avoid breast growth.

Yes, that would be helpful. I saw a post in which he wrote that 2mg estradiol is a small dose, it shouldn't be scary

If I am not planning children, is this a problem? BTW, what will 2mg estradiol do to my testosterone? To make Bika work better, I just need to lower it a little, so I don't think high doses are needed. Or Spironolactone, which is cheaper, among other things. You can try both by starting with spironolactone

No proper balls = too little testosterone to make a man work.

Tho I am not sure how much 2mg E2 will supress T production. spironolactone will help lowering the spiking T by Bica to normal T levels.

I neither won't survive baldness lol. I always try to cover my thinning by good looking hairstyles, I just,... can't be bald, like my dad, a NW7 with only 24 years RIP.

Bica can indeed cause feminization as it increases E whilst blocking T. There's a study of trans women (avg age 19 I believe) that showed approx 87% achieved tanner 4 breasts after 1 year of bica monotherapy. So if you are younger like that, it can for sure cause a lot of feminization
