You wouldn't be on it forever and you don't need it to maintain with duta and at least some E2.

You WILL need bica+duta/finasteride to maintain. Bica just stops male pattern baldness in right dosage.

I wouldn't stay on duta ONLY, I would combine bica with it. Some people call out bica even for improving QUALITY OF LIFE lol

I still question the mode of the results whereas estrogen heals the follicles so in this context, bica might not be bad for bone structure but only because sufficient E is being secreted.

That changes things considerable since T goes up so the spoofing effects must be quite large. Provera is nice and straightforward and gets no love but it might not raise estrogen levels so maybe that's why it isn't used single shot but combined with duta it might work.
