Huh? No, maybe the minoxidl and finasteride, but the rest should be used like that.
If you dont want to use e2, you might need to up your bica dosage to 75mg-100mg.

I wouldn't recommend that. You need to use Bica to stop AR signaling. If you dont want to use bica, you need high E doses (8mg) to get T in castrate levels. And even then, AR signaling is not stopped.

For the cis-guys, I wouldn't overcross the Bica/E barrier. Bica is the LAST thing you want to use, to stay a "male" (somewhat).
Thats what I will do. Never touch E, is the man's rule!

Transdermal E (gel) might be even better. Gets immediately to your system and you dont swallow pills, harming your liver lol

Topical E is the muthafuckin shiznit, it's dialing my hair back at record pace from the brink of terminal hairloss to abundant regrowth.

Topical E along with using a mild anti androgenic supplement (red reishi) alone is basically grabbing my hairloss by the dick and shoving it up its own ***. I'm very impressed so far.

I still don't have any "gyno", yes I'm not really lean, but I'm also not fat, nor in any threat of being so, but out of shape is another matter which I need to make contingencies for so that I can begin working out once more.

Some people are getting results on estrogel. Do you know how concentrated that is? I'm cycling bi-estro and haven't had sides even on 2 pumps a day. Cycling it just to be cautious and avoid any kind of suppression.

I was thinking last night that if we could somehow get a synthetic version of estriol to have as high of a binding affinity as estradiol, that would probably be ideal for us cis-males. Basically that's what anabolic steroids are, just modified test.

I'm holding back on Bica and Diane35, I will be getting some Diane35 but I'm going to see how far I can take it with the topical E until my minoxidil gets here. I'm also going to be low-dosing metformin to get my igf-1 and insulin levels under control because it seems like no matter what I do they want to go up. If I feel like I've still hit a plateau, maybe, but I'm also seriously considering low dosing a topical AI medication such as finasteride or dutasteride.

finasteride is a strange drug as you really don't get much more out of using more, thus a lowered concentration directly applied to the scalp might be enough to effectively androgen-proof me from any contingencies that might arise, such as intense workouts, etc.
