Another thing I'm using right now is differin 0.1% and I must say I think it's actually helping my hair as well as my skin.

Judging by the very fast results of DHTcel, with 100mg Bica monotherapy you are guaranteed to grow your hair back in no time. Apparently, a complete blockade of androgen receptors + an increase in E do their job and completely restore you, if you do not have too much damaged follicles
It might make sense to restore hair with high doses of Bica or estrogen and then maintain 50mg of Bica. I'll do this if 50mg doesn't work on its own

Anyone knows where i can obtain min pills?
Anywhere with a prescription I think. I have a comprehensive list of possible vendors but Amazon4Health only has topical which one can find anywhere. But five drops a day of topical on the back of the tongue is more or less free for folks already able to get topical (non-foam) minoxidil. It's such a tiny amount that you can't believe how powerful it is. The pills must be mostly filler. Ingredients in topical Min= food preservative, ethanol, active ingredient.

If this were dangerous many of the guys on Tressless would already be dead.

Yeah, I think drinking Minoxidil is pretty safe. Lol

What brand of minoxidil would you recommend for drinking?
I think Kirkland works. Mine is generic made in Israel. I think that all of the topicals on the drug store and supermarket shelves are probably fine. Just check that there are only three ingredients listed or if four, then the fourth is water.

Active Ingredient:Minoxidil 5% w/v (Hair regrowth treatment for men).Inactive Ingredients: alcohol, propylene glycol, purified water.

Three bottles of the below might last a year with once a day topical application and once a day oral ingestion.

The tabs actually have more junk in them than the liquid:

Minoxidil (minoxidil (minoxidil (minoxidil tablets) tablets) tablets) Tablets USP 2.5 mg and 10 mg contain the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, docusate sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium benzoate and sodium starch glycolate.

@Norwoody If you don't mind, may I ask how do you cycle Bi-Estro? Like 3 weeks on then 1 week stop and again? Thank you.
Going with about 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. Gonna try this for the next few months. Honestly, my concern isn't even so much sides because like I said (and I know deathdiss has too) that even twice a day for that month I was completely fine. My reason for caution is to ensure that I don't suppress the HPA axis and affect my own endogenous production. With test/anabolics you aren't supposed to stay on more than 6-8 weeks and it takes about a month for most of those to clear the system and for HPA axis to return to normal endogenous production (sometimes ends up even higher if done conservatively). Some steroid cycles are done 3 weeks on 3 weeks off for 2-3 cycles before ceasing the rest of the year. I'm going to go a month on and off and see what happens by the summer.

Is it safe/effective to go on bica+E for short periods then back out and still maintain after? Or does it just shed off? How long was Noah on HRT?

If you stop bica you can just waxx off your follicles and say good bye, cause they are then GONE for GOOD lmao

I might take a stab at reading this whole thread again up to last October when I started posting because there were plenty of misses if I recall correctly and several kept changing meds as soon as they shed. Folks should read this:

It's a catch-22. Bridgeburn and I started off bald more or less at one point but I did indeed have a massive shed on spironolactone and it might be unavoidable. Guys should either just shave their heads if they see massive shedding or think about a hair system. Some folks don't even go out much so everyone is different.

The owner of the site essentially says in the article if you stop treatment due to a shed, not only do you have to regrow the shed hair but you are back to ground zero. There is no free lunch in any of this as we are attempting to defy nature.

Holy crap so it is a life sentence.
I am not certain about this. People can go back to November maybe and look at Noah's hair. He was surrendering the corners some but maintaining mostly after a year only on Duta. In the longer term it might be difficult to maintain. However, if Rob is right about calcification and fibrous material, then one might be "healed" via HRT and then maintain with DR and male meds. Anagen is all but certain to be only about one third as long as a female anagen phase though.

Oh sorry, I was missreading your post. If you stop bica but used it with E, then its ok. Your T production will be lessen by the E to normal ranges again, and when you stop both, your follicles wont get raped by high androgens (induced by Bica).

Anyway. Someone already saw milkers on bica?? Lol

I'm quite afraid... haha

Question by a reader.

If anyone has further thoughts about this question by someone, please feel free to add more advice:

Question by Reader:

Biestro makes my scalp really itchy. Does this mean anything? I currently have (I am female) full coverage but I also need a masking agent to look my best. I can't bear to wear a wig at work as it would be too jarring.
