My skull shape and face are not suitable for baldness, it will literally disfigure me, I have a diamond-shaped face ... And a pointed skull on top. I'll just take a shot in the temple, f*** this life
Skull shape can make baldness far worse if it is atypical since it adds to the goofiness factor. It really is almost like losing a part of your body to go bald and chicks will never did a bald guy again not if he's skin bald. Thinning hair can still be attractive for a while.

You can wear a wig. I have an extra one.

My condolences to the young guys with hair loss. I can not do it anymore. Time to start plan C: a bullet in the temple.

If you're contempating suicide (been there myself), why not just try estrogen, what do you have to lose anyway.
Will is catching up now but my position was that it was better to be a decent looking chick than a broken-down, bald guy with rampant dermatitis and bad neck and back and along with beard removal, everything is brand new. You guys won't get the same experience because you are younger but the rejuvenation of the entire body, face and scalp for folks say, 45 and older can be spectacular and most look far younger.

The smooth skin is really nice, and all my acne scars disappeared. I don't want to pressure a young person to make a life changing decision, but it's a much better alternative than death. Plus a lot of sexual frustration and male agression goes away, really quite peaceful.

You always talk about that. Had some kind of acne or what?? Wdym by those terms?

See the red splotchy areas near mustache and other places. I would get it on my forehead too and my fringe had a mass of recurrent sores that seemed to be untreatable. If I shaved, I bled and if I didn't my beard irritated it and made it worse. You can see my hobo hair in the back and I had stopped estrogen treatment to try to save my marriage and this is close to the worst my hair was but you still can't see the incipient bald spot from the front so up until this point, my hair was eh but okay. I don't know how people distinguish between temples and hair line but I have had outstanding regrowth all over the front. A lot of it is in front of the ears but below the temples and it takes a long time before that type of hair loss becomes apparent. If I look at selfies from now compared to back then, you don't realize it or try to do it but my older pics have this quizzical look on my faces as though I were clueless and resigned to my fate. Now I have a whole new facial look. I was always attractive facially and that makes baldness worse as well because it negates the effect of being handsome otherwise.

So acne, dermatitis, dandruff and hair loss are all DHT artifacts that should diminish after reaching levels but for me, beard removal seemed to be necessary to get rid of the possibility of recurrence. DHT governs all hair below the scalp for females and all hair for males so for people who hate body hair, that's DHT again. See it promoted hair growth all over your *** and back for those unfortunate ones.

I don't believe so although I don't know what you mean exactly by coarse. I know that Almas and others, including me would love to hear about your use of topical bica and also as to how you use raloxi. You could be a real contributor here to the cis-guys using HRT meds.
Well, I would like to hear about your regimen, EH and I hope you will share. Almas, is a young guy and he forgets his manners from time to time due to extreme frustration with DHT, our version of Satan....

When my pelvic bones expand, there will be no turning back. And I can blame myself for this step. I'll say "Damn, it's better to be bald than turn into this"

I will dedicate this year to trying all the estrogen-free regimens, reaching 150mg of Bicalutamide this winter. And I will also try to lower T to the average male level by raising E with estrogel. You also need to have breast surgery. In general, I have a lot of plans. But the worst thing is that there are no guarantees

I can come to terms with all the effects of HRT, except for changes in physique. I always wanted to have broad shoulders, not a wide pelvis ...

If I lower T with E from the upper limit of the male norm to the average T, it will allow me to be in the middle between these hormones. I'm not sure if it's good for your health, but anyway, I won't die.
A decrease in T from 1200ng / dl to 800 will increase the effectiveness of Bicalutamide by one and a half times. If at a T level of 800ng / dl 150mg Bicalutamide still does not cause hair growth, it will be safe to say that Bicalutamide is sh*t
The problem is that during the testing of various treatment regimens, I will already be bald. During these 4 months I have already lost a huge part of the density, there is little time, but I need it so much ...

You are lucky. Most MtF's are too old for the pelvic expansion. If they ever find a way for MtF's to get pregnant and have children, you will have the body to do it.

Damn, it seems to me that it gets worse. Just not to repeat the story of Jacob Williams ...

Most of the deterioration occurred at 2 weeks, this can be attributed to the fact that Bicalutamide did not begin to act in full force. The next deterioration I noticed after the hairdressing salon, perhaps this is not even the second deterioration, but the consequences of the first. In general, I will follow the situation. It's been a month since I drink 75mg. It shouldn't get any worse from now on
You talk about these people like they are characters in a novel. Poor Jacob. He never had a chance....

Mate your so full of sh*t.

your the only one that comes here and try’s to tell people what works when you have absolutely no idea what works! All you do is copy exactly what dhtcell or Ein has said in the past. You base nearly everything you say of there results but you miss the fact they never even had hairloss fo begin with lol. How is E injections radical?!? Your taking a f*****g prostate cancer pill and a 5alpa blocker!!! That’s radical as well!! Hahaha.

you have rocks in your head mate.
Hey, mate! How much oral min are you using? Do you take two doses each day, split between morning and night. I seem to recall you were taking 20 mg. I have been trying 25mg split into morning and not doses. Lots of hair and beard growth but once I get the hair all restored, then I should be able to go down to a maintenance dose of say 2.5mg. Do you think oral min makes hair grow faster too, or does it just grow new hair at the same rate?

Thanks,
Janey

Since pictures seem to be working today, here is the FtM I was talking about.
When asked how T affected your hair:

This is what happened to me when I hit puberty, my fine hair turned thicker, courser and curly.
It is a shame that people can't trade bodies. I would trade with him in a minute. He has great supportive parents if I recall. I mean, maybe that's how my ex feels but it can be hard to see a family member change so drastically. I love his initial hair and big eyes but that wasn't what he wanted to be. This pic has been floating around for a while.
