Your androgen receptors are overly-sensitive it seems. How about increasing dutasteride dosage to 0.5 mg a day ?Yeah for now I'm taking blood test every 3 months. So I will prob continue with bica for as long as I can(I'm not sure tho)
Idk if I will have hair till 2027 but if it gets cheaper and available on DIY websites I may try it.
I believe he's genetically very sensitive to androgens. I mean some women still lose hair and experience some Androgenetic Alopecia despite their normal range of hormonesYour androgen receptors are overly-sensitive it seems. How about increasing dutasteride dosage to 0.5 mg a day ?
I did an it went so bad. Had more hair loss my libido increased and body odor was strongYour androgen receptors are overly-sensitive it seems. How about increasing dutasteride dosage to 0.5 mg a day ?
I am I knew it since I was non responder to dutasteride prior HRT.I believe he's genetically very sensitive to androgens. I mean some women still lose hair and experience some Androgenetic Alopecia despite their normal range of hormones
I think you're gonna be fine and the shape of your hairline is making you overreact. The hair behind the hairline looks thick and not further receding. If you are around girls all the time the thickness of their baby hairs on top of and in front of the hairline change a lot based on hormonal cycles. But what do I know really?9 months.
First pic was my hair on april (10 months hrt) and the second pic is today (1 year 6 months hrt)
Yeah I will do a hair transplant when I get the money. The thing is I am lossing all my hair all over my head and my texture is very badI think you're gonna be fine and the shape of your hairline is making you overreact. As I understand it, HRT does not stop your hair loss. In what form do you take estradiol? I've seen reports that injections have a better chance of helping.9 months.

The blood test for the first pic was:
Total T: 25 mg/dl
Free T: 1.7 pg/ml
DHT: 6.42 ng/dl
3a diol G: 0.42 ng/ml
Estradiol: 278.5 pg/ml
SHBG: 61 nmol/L
FSH: <0.30 mUI/ml
LH: 0.15 mUI/ml
DHEA-S: 220.1 μg/dl
Prolactin: 33 ng/ml
PSA: 0.08 ng/ml
He already takes E injections. And his E levels are around 350 to 400 pg/ml at their lowest point. As I understand it, HRT does not stop your hair loss. In what form do you take estradiol? I've seen reports that injections have a better chance of helping.
You can also try adding RU to HRT.
Bruh I'm actually starting to think that you've got a semi Estrogen insensitivity sydromeYeah I will do a hair transplant when I get the money. The thing is I am lossing all my hair all over my head and my texture is very bad
Shut yo fakkot a§§ upNo hope 4 u. It’s over
You can. spironolactone is an AA on top of being a diuretic. Most take Bica because it is a pure AA, and to be fair, it is more potent than spironolactone (albeit expensive)Hey guys really late to the convo but why bica? Why not spironolactone? Can't someone do 100-200 mg of spironolactone + finasteride?
Already on injections. Also dutas bica oral minAs I understand it, HRT does not stop your hair loss. In what form do you take estradiol? I've seen reports that injections have a better chance of helping.

I think Estrogen insensitivity doesn't have much to do with how much e2 you have or how much it is lowering T but how much it affects the receptors. Like my body stopped E since there is a primary hormone in more quantity so it stopped to produce endogenous hormones but when E2 reach my estrogen receptors it doesn't biologically do much because my estrogen receptors do not work good.Bruh I'm actually starting to think that you've got a semi Estrogen insensitivity sydrome
But it doesn't make sense, since the Estrogen is doing its work by lowering your T levels to castrate range. Like wtf is going on ?
The fact that E2 is suppressing your T levels, means that it is actively binding to your Estrogen receptors and exerting its estrogenic effects. Which leads me to believe that your e2 receptors are at least not damaged when it comes to T suppressionI think Estrogen insensitivity doesn't have much to do with how much e2 you have or how much it is lowering T but how much it affects the receptors. Exactly, that is what I meant, prolly my e2 receptors are not entirely fucked up but it has very little biological effects apart from T suppression. The fact that E2 is suppressing your T levels, means that it is actively binding to your Estrogen receptors and exerting its estrogenic effects. Makes sense. My hair is graying a lot in the past months tooMy theory is for those that anti-androgens don’t work, your stem cells in each follicle are clocked to expire early in life - has anyone tried the stem cell therapies in a bottle on the market? Just a gimmick? Some better than others?
For those that AA’s do work, you still lose hair as you age, for the same stem cell reason. Just as your skin, bones, organs continue to age each minute of every day.
