i think @sg2000 needs more bloodflow to the scalp either via microneedling or massaging in order to speed up estrogen’s recovery of his hair. estrogen can only clean up that mess so quickly, bloodflow helps keep this motion going and hair growing faster and better.

when i get lazy about massaging, my hair suffers. you need to do more than your injection for elite hair unfortunately.

Everyone’s problem is different, you just need to give each drug two months and figure out what works for you. For me I had to go to accutane because every hair I lose has over production of sebum and I’ve seen many Reddit posts of people shedding on dutasteride/finasteride but stopping hairloss on accutane. Cypro, e injections, accutane, then finasteride. If finasteride won’t work dutasteride probably won’t do much.
