You don't need finasteride if you are on Bica. Bica blocks all androgens and if you are on estrogen, your T and DHT are probably in castrate range. Unless you are also taking progesterone

I did it simply because I hate them so much. The way they ruined my life from a young age and left me traumatized... I wont give them the slightest chance to produce T not even in the worst case scenario where I lose the access to hrt or whatever( that is the main fear I have ever since I started hrt). It just gives me peace of mind.

monotherapy on pills is difficult if you still have your gonads. I would try e2 hemihydrate 8 mg and take 2 mg every 4 hours under your tongue

For optimal hairloss you should use chemotherapy.
