Estrogen can replace GnRH because a high dose E will suppress your T

As for Enzalutamide, it's extremely expensive & complicated since it's still on patent and no generics are available atm.

You're better off being on E and raising Bica dose to 150 mg + mandatory liver blood tests every 3 months than being prescribed Enzalutamide

Np man. Im not on HRT atm tho, im literally on mono aspirin and it stoped my hairloss. =)
Regardless, everything you said is still relevant if you're really considering 8mg oral (which is too much, IMO).

I'll take 8 mg sublingual not oral. Since E pills here are (converted to) $5 for 2mg / 28 pills and without prescription . It's very cheap and doable.

I may even raise dose to 10 mg a day but I don't wanna go above 8 mg tbh

Btw how did mono aspirin stop androgenetic alopecia ?

LH supression is more stable on gnrh agonists, cause they work directly on the receptor. E is more systemic, hence more metabolisation and interactions and LH will always fluctuate more on E in comparison

Not if you supply your body with constant E levels between 250 pg/ml and 450 pg/ml. These doses will keep your T in castrate range, and would even have cytotoxic effects on your balls down the line since E is poisonous to male testicles in high doses.

If the whole purpos of suppressing LH is to suppress T, and you have no issues taking E, then go with E. Less medication, the better

yeah...I would not trust chinese sellers and their powders if you don't have easy means of verifying those powders with the help of a lab. Also, enzalutamide doses are in the mg range i.e very very small. You would need to accurately measure each dose if you don't wanna die of liver failure

I am not sure. With hrt alone i didnt recover much hair and I was on it for almost 3 years.

For some reason my dht wasnt getting low not even on 2.5 mg dutas daily. Now with castration it is lowering again somehow

Yeah I'd say it never came back to the pre dutasteride baseline but it was getting as bad as when dutasteride stopped working back when I wasnt on hrt. I dont know if more time would have lead to more hair loss.

Pre hrt i was using dutasteride and oral minoxidil. Now I am using e2 injections, dutasteride, bica, oral and topical minoxidil
