i remember you you had diffuse thinning as me and you was trying HRT+bica+oral duta every 2 days + oral minoxidil, you didnt recover your hiar? did you ever tried to block the adrenal androgens with dexamathesone or something like that?
Im using daily dutasteride btw, but yeah i never managed to stop my hairloss, but I dont want to use corticosteroids because those stuff are scary long term and tbh I dont want to recover hair thanks to that because if it gives me issue which could with time i would have to stop and lose hair again. Also my acth, 17 oh prog and cortisol are in normal values, now I will test 17-Deoxycortisol and 17 deoxycorticosterone

No, you said I was using dutasteride every 2 days and I corrected that. I'm still using everything but with underwhelming results if I am really honest.

I tried spironolactone with no success

Hi, maybe some of you guys remember me… So I decided to give a try to HRT to save/reverse my hairloss. Unfortunately NOTHING works on me.

I have been on 50mg bicalutamide ed + 4 mg estradiol + 10mg oral minoxidil ed + 0.5mg dutasteride ed + 1mg finasteride ed + 150mg RU58841 + 20mg Pyrilutamide (2 x 10mg) + Topical minoxidil 2 x day + Rosemary Oil ed

My blood test after 1 month on HRT:
T: 1.5nmol/l
E2: 239 pg/ml
DHT: 39pg/ml

After 3 months:
T: 0.9nmol/l
E2: 289pg/ml
DHT: 26pg/ml

After 6 months:
T: 0.6nmol/l
E2: 233pg/ml
DHT: undetectable

I also did a blood test for thyroid tsh, ft3, ft4, ferritin, iron, b12, prolactin and everything was fine.

It slowed down a bit my hair loss but after 8 months my hairs are thinner. My crown is much thinner, still receeding, temple peaks literally disapeared, my hairs are still miniaturizing.

All I want to say to you guys, HRT - even with proper female levels, even with undetectable DHT values is not guarantee to hairloss. As you can see for example on Reddit /femalehairloss a lot of women with normal female hormone levels are going bald too. They have diffuse thinning/female pattern baldness/receeding hairlines etc.

If you want to try HRT/pyrilutamide/RU etc. of course you can do it, but remember that there is no GUARANTEE to stop/reverse hairloss.
shits like this make me sad af.

The fact we are taking *Estradiol* for hair is f*****g abhorrent
look around bro. everyone's satisfied with sh*t hair in this godawful society. estradiol is a far better solution than going out in public whilst accepting a subpar look and having no self confidence. i actually have value now when pre-estrogen i was getting worse and worse by the day

bro stfu @sg2000 is rapidly gaining aura thanks to his regimen. he was fucked, now he's cool. don't look down on people for taking risks that you're afraid to take, keep drinking alone and see where it gets you
a cool woman indeed. Imagine having to take estrogen to grow something as simple as hair on your head. Talk about being fucked from birth xD

f*** Estradiol honestly. Like why does this sh*t hormone gives you permanent D cups, but isn't a guarantee to regrow your hair ?
first of all, who the hell is getting d cups from this sh*t? you need progesterone for big tits and most of us are afraid to take it because of dht consequences. second of all, the people who aren't regrowing on hrt are failing to take into account other lifestyle factors that affect hair. to have good hair you have to consider it in every single action you take, unless you have gigachad genetics, which none of us do, far from it.

1) Cyproterone is a progestin. And you don't *need* progesterone per say. CAIS women grow bigger breasts than cis women and yet they have male levels of progesterone. E seems sufficient for most

2) You won't ever beat your genetics, even if you bathed in E. Hairloss will catch up to you at some point.

3) The fact we are balding in the first place, means we don't have good genetics. So yeah, have fun stressing why your hair continues dying when your E levels are higher than women

True thats why I stopped balding with just a daily aspirin and taking better care of my hair, and scalp stimulation to increase more bloodflow. No need to block dht which never did anything for my hair except leaving me with permanent side effects.
