Holt damn shir your prolactin is super high, no wonder why you have that diffuse.... CPA is doing more harm than good. I would really advise to stop it and keep your e2 between 300-350 pg/ml and dutasteride and maybe bica if you still want even more protection

I can't help you with prolactin stuff. It never made sense to me and I don't think that it matters for breasts or hair. This is the rabbit-hole sort of obsessive hair issue where you start worrying about the backdoor pathway. Nothing good ever comes of it.

I never tried cpa, but it makes sense to make your hair loss worse. I told you in the past. If you want an anti androgen, only bicalutamide is worth it.
