Ive read something sbout spironolactone and the wikipage said that with low amount of T and dht it can act as androgenic instead of antiandrogenic.
It seems the only thing that i should add to my regimen is bica 12.5 mg daily

it kinda makes sense doing ball surgery if you plan to stay on e2 forever(since it destroys your balls as loong as you keep using it,and even if you stop i doubt your balls would return st their pre hrt function) but i cant imagine myself doing that tbh

U cant stop aging anyways no matter what. There is something called age related thinning also. And ofc face will age too. I look younger than my sister and shes just 1.5 years older.

I'd use bica but if spironolactone works for you then all good. The thing is stuff can change with time but maybe not because of androgens but because let's say your stomach or intestines dont work as good as before or god knows what could happen. We are living things, our bodies start to get older with time and things does not work the same.



Like doing blood test like every year is not expensive and wont do anything bad. You should do them anyways to check your health because you are on too many meds chronically.

Currently taking 0.5 mg every other day cause I dont have more dutasteride till may 22, then 0.5 mg daily. Also taking 4.5 mg of my solution, but I think it is not working that good because my scalp pain and itching is getting bad after 2 weeks of not taking 1 mg avodart. Blood test in May 30 prob

What you read is true. How many times I said to you? If you want an anti androgen, ONLY bicalutamide is worth it, period! What you read about Spironolactone is called partial agonist. The same goes for CPA.

5 Years later and you two will keep chatting about dutasteride and hrt xD. Just stick to one regimen without constantly changing doses and frecuency jesus christ. I need to tell myself this too now im sticking to my plan.
