Says who=)) I can only wonder how many degrees are necessary to somehow maintain your regimen (in addition to psychiatric). xD
My regimen reveals how much I hate androgens

Your DHT is not super high and your skin might metabolise too low of it, and/or no hypersensitivity to DHT in that area.
Hell yes. Another reason to have sh*t genetics. Normal skin sensitivity to androgen but high sensitivity on the scalp, I have to choose to be bald or have a grandpa dry skin with wrinkles and red spotsfrom the dryness yay.
You succeeded in degrading it for sure. =) Another reason to add Prog IMO.
f*** but I am hella afraid of getting the prog to dht pathway activation. If my dht is that high it must be due to 5ar1 working at its best from androstenedione, so if I add prog it would be a bigger issue. But yeah im I make my solution work I will add prog for sure.

Just go for it, who needs hair if you have flawlesss baby skin. Babies don't even have hair, and still look cute.
Ok I decided, from now on I'll be the ambassador of DHT glow (c).
DHT glow to the masses!

Has anyone here added ghk-cu into their regiment? The results seem pretty promising and it seems quite strong especially with the collagen boost and better hair follicles

Both are not using HRT. One of them used her but stopped dutasteride when started hrt. Makes no sense. Also sometimes the backdoor is so strong for some ppl that they have to take more dutasteride.

so I’m not new to hair loss but I am new to using female things for hair never tried it yet so that being said is all this Bica e2 spironolactone better then finasteride dutasteride topical finasteride topical dutasteride what’s the success story on hrt and im saying as in staying male looking male hrt dose vs finasteride dutasteride ru ectt

Well babies dont have hair but they are cute. I am starting to age and I'm not as cute as a baby, also my face shape is dogshit that's the whole point of not going bald.

As long as you are not too sensitive to DHT and you have it in a decent range you are ok. I def dont think having my dht levels gives me any advantage honestly.

If you are really 41 as it says in your profile you will have no issues looking male despite using hrt. It will absolutely work better than dutasteride and minoxidil for example. But estradiol alone might not be sufficient for some ppl and they have to add dutasteride(or keep it if you are using it)

CPA isn't the best for hair (or prostate cancer) in most cases, that's for sure, but it totally has its perks. I personally tolerated it much better than bica and used for far longer, more than a year compared to a month on bica, that made my stomach irritated and likely caused ACTH problems (this one Im not 100% sure). In the end tho, for me CPA caused hyperprolactinemia (on 12.5mg/d), which went away after 1 tablet of Cabergoline. After that I actually tried it at 12.5mg every 3rd day (b4 switching to GNRH) and it kinda worked out and prolactin was actually in ok ranges (around 550mIU/l while on 5mg EEn).
For the perks, the main one is better skin. Basically the same as when I was using progesterone, less dry, more tighter and glowier. Prog and CPA were actually the only ones that were giving me HRT glow. Tho, I'm not sure about the nature of that glow, could be both progestogen effect on skin elasticity and circulation and increased oiliness due to elevated DHT. So that might've been a DHT glow in fact. But, jokes aside, the best skin of my life was on progestins.
The other perks (well, at least they were perks for me, because I tried girlmoding at that time) were breast development and muscle/ligament/tendon atrophy (lost 2cm of height and 1 shoe size while on it). There are some interesting mechanisms behind those, but I didn't comprehend them thoroughly, mb later when I'll have enough time.
So, overall CPA can be manageable, but only on super low dose (12.5mg EOD ,or better E3D) and it requires monitoring of liver enzymes, prolactin and DHEA-S, and also some might benefit from taking Cabergoline once every 2 or 3 weeks. It's main advantage is, IMO, hands down, best feminizing effects, compared to other AAs.

Well, I am talking about hair here and only, and as you already said yourself, for the hair didn’t do anything and in the end it caused you high prolactin, like it does.

My issue is reflex hyperandro and yes it’s real.. back story im 41 now hair loss runs on my moms side.. at 21 I seen just the slightest and I mean slightest bit of temple loss.. freaked out got on finasteride this is 2005 so 20 years ago.. probably week 2 my sex drive went wayyyyyy up to the point if I didn’t jack off I couldn’t be normal and just tons of hair coming out hairline getting fucked and able to see into the scalp plus never ever will I forget being in the bath and seeing upper arm hair coming in and is still there now .. I kept going for some months then stopped went to the Doctor got on dutasteride but I was young and stupid so some days I’d take 3 dutasteride a day plus lasers.. over the past years I’ve tried finasteride dutasteride min oral min lasers ru58841 blah blah nothing has ever regrew or stopped sh*t.. so questions for the smart ppl on here is reflex hyperandro and permant thing?? Here we are 20 years later and my for the last 4 months it’s now .5 finasteride 3 times a week, oral min 5mg a day, scalp massager 30 min a day a really good one, topical min mixed with tren melatonin, and gonna add keto.. so far no results still shedding atleast 80 a day.. but this time around not getting the sex drive or itchy scalp so question is could I be safe from reflex this time around now that I’m 41 and talking it much lower dose or is reflex gonna happen no matter what???
