The thing is if you dont want to feminize you will likely not regrow much hair. Antiandrogens does not give much regrowth, otherwise castrated men at lets say 50 because of prostate cancer would regrow lot of hair and it is not the case. Your best bet is to use estradiol + dutasteride + oral minoxidil + topical minoxidil with tretinoin to get the maximum effects. At your age your hairs has been miniaturized for a long time so it doesnt even guarantee lot of regrowth but that regimen i mentioned is your best bet to recover the most hair possible in your case.

I suppose you dont want extra perfection like some of us here that are completely mental about hair so even if it doesnt gives perfect result, at your age you should be happy

Well, I am talking about hair here and only, and as you already said yourself, for the hair didn’t do anything and in the end it caused you high prolactin, like it does.
Well, I'm not and I adressed my experience not only to you, mostly for people here who want to look more fem, even if they're few.
My high prolactin was due to CPAs cumulative properties, which you can mostly avoid by taking it every 3d day. To maintain this dose (most ppl won't even need to) you'll basically need to take 1 tablet of Cabergoline once per 3 weeks, or even a month, as I already mentioned.
Again, I'm not saying that it's a great drug or anything, but for ppl, intolerant to Bica (like me), this might be the only option (aside from orchi and GNRH) to nullify LH and/or look more fem.

Is an orchi thaaat bad tho if you are commited to keep estradiol forever? I rly cant see an issue on it, even if you like the aesthetics you can put some prosthesis

Well, yes. In that we agree. If someone can’t tolerate Bica and he wants an oral anti androgen the next option is cpa/spironolactone.

spironolactone is trash and must be canceled IMO. All the people I knew that used it became dumber, and I'm not even kidding.

If you are really 41 as it says in your profile you will have no issues looking male despite using hrt. It will absolutely work better than dutasteride and minoxidil for example. But estradiol alone might not be sufficient for some ppl and they have to add dutasteride(or keep it if you are using it)
Looking at his you seem pretty knowledgeable with hrt estrogen, is there any drug you can take while on estrogen to lower prolactin and prevent gyno?

Thanks for the response but one my questions is since I had reflex 20 years ago would it still happen now all these years later?? Also if finasteride caused reflex then wouldn’t dutasteride do it times like 10 lol?? See this is where it all gets confusing since everything’s different with ppl.. so let’s say someone who has reflex and up regulated now what would that person use aka me ??? Also look at the pics I sent see how the hair is wayyy thinner at the root??

Thing is even if the reflex is real, estradiol will nuke all your androgens and there will be nothing left. If you rly want to cover every angle you can add low dosage bicalutamide in addition of what I've said before.

Do you have high prolactin? If you use just estrogen it would be harder to have high prolactin. Preventing gyno on estrogens is impossible, even with stuff like raloxifen you still get some gyno and I dont think those meds would prevent gyno 100%. Best practice would be to get gyno surgery IMO

Okay random what about estrogen cream on the hairline?? I have spironolactone on hand now but it’s like a year old I was gonna pop 2 a week but I’m so unknowinable with all this.. and I don’t judge if ppl on here are using fem things for hair cool I’m down too long as I don’t start lookin like it.. I was gonna jump on 200 mg of test but I’m pretty sure then my hair will really take a sh*t.. stupid derm looked at my hair and said oh your hairs great for 41

But estrogen on hairline wont do anything. Like T and DHT are much more potent than estrogen, so they will bind to AR and keep doing its stuff cause u will have lot of androgen in your blood stream. The thing about systemic e2 is to nuke your androgen production so you wont have many androgens and estrogens can exert its effects. All that said some ppl keep losing hair on hrt due to backdoor dht so dutasteride is never a bad idea

We are not sure if it will even work as in paper. There was a huge hype with pyrilutamide and it ended up being sh*t
