Find another doctor. Tell him that your balls are ishemik and that you lately feel excruciating pain most of the time, that doesn't allow you to sleep, or eat well. Before you go, try not to get enough sleep to look more exhausted. While describing symptoms, don't lie, just over exaggerate every symptom pain wise, they'll have to do smth about that. If it worked for my friend with plain varicocele, i'm sure it'll work for you.

I've tried. I have had 6 ultrasounds and countless blood test. When I tell them I have horrible pain they just tell me to take ibuprofen. They wanted to inject me with testosterone cause they said my low T is making my tissue not to recover so imagine the level

I recently got flashbanged by google photos with a picture of my old hairline which reminded me of this place so I decided to share my story.
I'm an ex balder that has managed to reintegrate into society as a stealth NW0 for the past year after years of living as a NW1 outcast. I lied about never experiencing hair loss before on here because I didn't want to be grouped in with bald people so I need to clear some things up. I always had a wide forehead even before testosterone poisoning but I thought I couldn't be balding because it didn't start around the corners like on the norwood scale so I didn't pay attention to it. But my hairline kept getting higher and wider and testosterone wasn't doing me any favors so I decided to start injecting myself with estrogen one day and it has been the best decision of my life and I hope everyone who reads this post also gets inspired to do the same. Testosterone was also giving me full body acne and red inflamed skin with black sebaceous filaments on every pore of my body and made me look like a 50 year old pedophile so it was an easy choice for me. If you're in a similar situation please just try estrogen, dont even bother with finasteride or any other placebo treatment. The tits are just a bonus
