Reduce hydrocortisone to just once a week. Keep using more the Vichy shampoo one because it has more effective ingredients than the baby one. Just drop the f*****g baby one. It’s so pointless….Maybe do the Vichy one 3 times per week, and let it sit more on the scalp while doing a good massage with your fingertips beforehand.

I actually used sls free for a few years 'a more natural shampoo' until I gave it up. Hair still thinned ofc. And most sls free shampoos cost alot more.

Well, the experiences differ as always. I just searched for Androgenetic Alopecia specific shampoo sls free, and it made tons of difference to my hair texture. More illusion of volume/thickness. Before I started using Androgenetic Alopecia specific sls free shampoo, everything I was putting to my scalp, it was making my thinned hair like x10000 times more thinned! Sooooo wispyy and fragile, lifeless.
yeah but talking about scalp buildups do you think scalp exfoliation can help beaides sls free shampoo?

You probably dont wash your scalp daily like me. I even wash it twice a day sometimes after cardio. If u have buildup it means that you are a dirty PIGLET.

It’s just sebum. He needs to wash maybe more often and massaging well his scalp and letting the shampoo sit on for whole 3 minutes at least.

Sls shampoo can’t cause buildup… What we just said is that sls shampoos can affect some individuals by making the hair more thinner/fried texture like, like it was happening to me, for example.
so if i wash my scalp more “aggressively “ 1-2 times the sebum buildup will disappear and not visible anymore under the microscope?
and do you think that sebum buildup can somehow prevent/slow/weaken hair growth?
