I have lowered minoxidil dosage cause im sick of being a monkey with no hair gain, stopped bica cause it's cancer and make me look gaunt, dont stop estradiol because I killed my balls but I reduce it a lot. f*** hair loss f*** everything. Now u know why I dont overdo it with hairloss treatments. There is no guarantee that it will even work. Even if it did work I wouldnt be able to live with the side effects or the changes to my body my whole life. If finasteride and min dont work then I will just say fuk it and throw in the towel and maybe get a transplant later on. Desperation is very dangerous, you went too far by killing your testicles... What did u get from all of this in the end?? Nada..... Im sorry.

Yes I just do oral finasteride and min now nothing else. I dont think I need to overdo it. And my regimen is very simple and easy.

You need to lower your prolactin man, on top of all the other things. How not? Prolactin it’s f*****g you up, accelerating the things. Also, it will take a bit time after dropping cpa to kinda rebalance the things, like @Adri23 said.

Cut that cancer man! Why do you smoke? Prone to Androgenetic Alopecia plus smoking it’s a really bad combo. 48 is still very high… Also, your e2 levels were very high as well, which is not good in the end because of estrogen dominance, and when estrogen dominance happens, it can thin the hair and cause extra hair loss.
What baffles me the most of you, it is that you started taking HRT drugs, without doing even the slightest research on the subject…..
