Im so sick of this sh*t I am stopping treatments slowly cause Im sick. I have lowered minoxidil dosage cause im sick of being a monkey with no hair gain, stopped bica cause it's cancer and make me look gaunt, dont stop estradiol because I killed my balls but I reduce it a lot. f*** hair loss f*** everything. Im now rotting but idgaf

Now u know why I dont overdo it with hairloss treatments. There is no guarantee that it will even work. Even if it did work I wouldnt be able to live with the side effects or the changes to my body my whole life. If finasteride and min dont work then I will just say fuk it and throw in the towel and maybe get a transplant later on. Desperation is very dangerous, you went too far by killing your testicles... What did u get from all of this in the end?? Nada..... Im sorry.

No ethical doctor would operate a hair transplant to you with so much hair. Just keep the treatments without changing all the time. You just need maintenance and nothing more…

Yes I just do oral finasteride and min now nothing else. I dont think I need to overdo it. And my regimen is very simple and easy.

Killing my balls were just a part of revenge. I knew it would change nothing but the fact that they would suffer and die eventually motivated me to do it. They were the one that fucked me in the first f*****g place so I dont regret of that.

That two for your hair state and your age right now are plenty. No need to add anything else, just stay on them devoutly.

You need to lower your prolactin man, on top of all the other things. How not? Prolactin it’s f*****g you up, accelerating the things. Also, it will take a bit time after dropping cpa to kinda rebalance the things, like @Adri23 said.
do you guys think that after 3 starting by today things will be a bit better in terms of thickness??

Cut that cancer man! Why do you smoke? Prone to Androgenetic Alopecia plus smoking it’s a really bad combo. 48 is still very high… Also, your e2 levels were very high as well, which is not good in the end because of estrogen dominance, and when estrogen dominance happens, it can thin the hair and cause extra hair loss.
What baffles me the most of you, it is that you started taking HRT drugs, without doing even the slightest research on the subject…..

how can estrogen dominance cause hair loss?? I mean i know it can thin hair cause the hair shifts more in the female pattern(?) but i didnt know it could actually cause hair loss…

With your current T levels which they were very low in your blood test, I would say 200-350 max. Your 900+ is extreme. Is definitely causing you an estrogen dominance.

Also, your blood clots risk right now is EXTREMELY HIGH….
last time ive injected like 5 or 5.2 mg (subq)... so my e2 should be lower today for sure am i right?
Also i think this dose can give me adequate and non high e2 levels
