Im currently 3 months on my actual regimen, 0.5 duta daily + 50 mg spironolactone + 5 mg oral minoxidil, I see less shedding now compared to when i start, maybe some vellus on hairline but no density recover yet.

You will form a gyno, there is no way to avoid that side effect. It's the main reason for me why I quit hrt, you will develop a skinny fat body and you will need to be picky while choosing your clothes. If you are shemale go for it otherwise don't just do dutasteride and and cope.

i'm in france and not in paris it's incrdibly hard to find good doctor that specialized in hairloss and even our top hairtransplant Doctor are absolute jokes. this year i went to paris to visit the top 2 best derm/ trichologist specialized in lpp ffa and Androgenetic Alopecia a i wanted a biopsy . the first one was an absolute joke and nearly had me locked up when i told him i was using dutasteride ( in france it's not prescribed for hairloss) . that retard told me it was impossible to loose hair on finasteride and that patient even norwood 5 that were hoping on finasteride could regrow 2 norwood on average and that he wasnt prescribing it anymore because it could make people suicidal and one guy in his practice had penis shrinkage or whatever.

when i told him i was taking dutasteride like sugar pills he yelled on me and nearly kicked me out of his practice and wanted to give me 5 prp sessions for 2K .


the second Doctor was extra nice but also retarded he still renewed my oral min prescription and dutasteride but refused a biospy and told me i had no sign of ffa / lpp and told me dutasteride was enough to stop my recession even if i'm heading toward a nw4 with a gigaforehead.

i'm trying to find one to get a biospy but really clueless as who i should go to now and i'm a f*****g disfigured autist so driving 500 km everytime for 5 min of consultation is getting annoying af

When you say that HRT doesn't work, attach your hormone test results to this statement. If your T is above 50ng/dl, it's not that HRT doesn't work, but that you failed to find a sufficient dosage.
