When you say that HRT doesn't work, attach your hormone test results to this statement. If your T is above 50ng/dl, it's not that HRT doesn't work, but that you failed to find a sufficient dosage.
If you go to subreddit Dr Will Powers you will see dozens and dozens of cases who HRT failed and they still have castrate levels of testosterone AND still have signs of masculinization, even after orchiectomy some people relate remasculization. Soo no, its not about the dosage you take, its about if you are a RESPONDER or not to HRT. Why its soo hard to admit that?

ive read on powers reddit that 50 mg of bica daily blocks around 400 ng dl of T or something.
What about dht? 200 ng dl or lower?

I don't deny it, but to be sure that this is the phenomenon, you need to know the hormone levels. Some people take 2mg estradiol in tablets and say that HRT does not work. Also, you are greatly exaggerating. HRT works for most people, but it is the unlucky ones who post about their negative experiences. In practice, I think at least 90% of people get their hair loss reversed on HRT.

if not reversed i risk to say that at least they stop balding further from Androgenetic Alopecia.
I say that only cause we have the hamilton study and even if its old that study was the base to link androgens to hair miniaturization

those are called delusional retards, similar to PFS people. they expect estrogen to turn them into a girl but they have an ogre starting point that is impossible to feminize in the first place
I wonder what they mean when they say they see a lack of feminization. HRT will not turn them into a cute girl. Many before/after photos look almost the same. Look at this photo, the person has been on HRT for a year (all changes are complete) but it looks like the only thing that happened that year was he shaved.

i personally take hrt cause it castrates me without surgically remove my balls and that means that even if i’ll have 0 regrowth i have the peace of mind that i will not keep balding and by balding i mean hair miniaturization and not shedding or temporary hair loss.
This is the price to pay if you want a chance to keep your hair

That must be true. There are men with more aggressive hairloss than me that respond to dutasteride and reverse their hairloss without side effects, while dutasteride didnt work at all and just made my hairs wayyyy worse with side effects. It simply comes down to how the body respond to the medication. Some also get huge gains from oral min while I dont see anything from it.

Responder my ***. =))) Ppl like in this reddit post are too dumb to even realise that their biochemistry and genetic variations may be different from those of others. They do most basic sh*t blood tests and wait for a rainbow unicorn to show them da wae... lol. If she came to me with this crap, I would've advised her to buy wallmart multivitamins and come back in another 2 years... I swear, even her CBC panel would've been more informative, at least could show B and Fe deficiencies and inflammation.
IMO, true "non-responders" are super rare, and most ppl that claim to be that are just not inclined to learning it seems, or non-respondent to common sense.
What you mean you are saying measuring your testosterone, estradiol, shbg are not the standards too see if HRT is working or not? Or even worst, you are saying you can make HRT works for people if they do other random tests like Vitamins (LMAO), DHEA, 5-Androstenedione, etc etc? Shut the f*** up, are you drinking again?

Understanding what HRT can and can't do makes me amazed at how good Hunter Schafer looks. Definitely in my top 5 most beautiful actresses.

it looks like shedding from cpa is slowing down (but hair looks still kinda sh*t)and it seem that my body is getting used to the new e dose.
Im actually getting greedy rn and i would like to add bica but i still want my T suppressed and a good dose to take care of dht so something like 25 or 50 mg daily.Any advices?
My T is well suppressed and besides dht which came out high, my E2 levels are 400 pg ml at through.
My hormonal profile is good for hair so the next and definitive step would be adding an AR blocker

@Gergely do you think my current e levels are good for hair?
