my main problem is skin texture and the beginning of small fine lines and crepey skin + pores that look like orange peel ( the typical testosterone pattern of skin aging + skin thickening ) . i got zero dynamic wrinkles yet so botow would be useless. i whish i could tolerate tretinoin as i think it would solve my issues.

i'm already on low dose accutane it's been years but it didn't made that much of a change tbh . if you got other recommandation to prevent that leathery skin texture i'm interested thanks

do people on hrt also age in that same pattern ?
I use tretinoin for 7 years and my skin was still disgusting before hrt

Remember I told you about my little cousin? I started giving him injections of estradiol undecanoate (takes over two months to clear from the body, keeping E levels stable) when he was 9. His parents started taking him to doctors, but no one could figure out why he had so much estradiol in his system. And I still visit him every couple of months and give him an injection when he's asleep. Because I wanted a sister. HRT works best when started early.
To be honest, my sister is not happy with how her puberty looks. But I hope she will accept it.

When did I say anything about beauty? I never even claimed to look good. I'm stating the obvious fact that 40 year old people don't look young no matter what they do. Look at lindsay lohan, even after a facelift with one of the best surgeons she still looks 40. No one can have genes good enough to look 15 years younger than their age. If I ever live to 40 (0% chance of that happening) I'll look old too. Just stop trying to claim that anyone actually believes you're closer to 20 than 40. how can someone get offended by someone saying you can't look young at 40 lol
Sagging skin crows feet and smile lines at my age is common. Do I care? No. You are young and will get it eventually and by the time that happens you wouldnt be able to live with yourself. You should kill yourself before 30 like you said you would. That would make me so happy because ur such a nasty person.

@BeardCombover beardoo today ive mistakenly injected 0.11 ml (4-4.5) mg instead of 5-5.5 mg...am i screwed or i should inject another 0,05 lather in the day?
Considered my last levels at trough at 429 pg ml at 5-5.5mg
And sg2000 u are a homo like I predicted long ago. calling yourself (non binary) bahahh. HRT turned you into a little SISSY. But tbh you always were.

Is it necessary to continue taking ru58841 if you’re already on full blown hrt (Bica, EEn, dutasteride)

No. You can also remove everything except estradiol. I only left Bicalutamide, but for the skin, not the hair.

Thanks for your reply. I have one issue though which makes me doubt whether or not to keep it, my 3a androstanediol Glucoronide which is heavily elevated despite very low DHT. I’m not sure if bicalutamide can handle the peripheral androgen synthesis. That’s why I’m debating on ru58841

Liver strainage on cpa is real asf that’s why I switched to bica a while back. I’m going to take cpa every other day hopefully I still do well. I also do 6mg of E injection yesterday, I was taking 2mg sublingual every morning and 2mg oral every night with 12.5mg of cpa.

This sucks tbh I was back on my regiment for 3 weeks and cpa started causing slight discomfort in that region

I ended up making an appointment with my Doctor to tell them I’m trans, I should be able to figure out ways to lower test without needing cpa since I’m in the USA.

But f*** even bica 50mg+.5mg of dutasteride did nothing, only cpa helped. Idk what to do.

Like literally the day after I switched to cpa to bica, I went to go get a blood test and my E levels were 337(something in the 300 range). And my T levels were 67ng/dl! Like omg, can it just go down?

you had 67 ng/dl of T after cpa? or after bica? your sentence is a bit trippy.

bica is heavier on the liver generally.
