My hairloss has dropped from 8 hairs on my hands after a shampoo to 0 to 1. My body has begun to accept life without DHT and I don't seem to suffer from any really mentionable side effects, like ball ache. Life is good.

Good, it's about time that your head hair stops falling out. DHT really doesn't seem to play any major importance in adulthood. It's great that you respond well to lowered DHT.
