if it wasn’t for the long hair I think I would be a diffuse NW3. My density is destroyed. She’d never stops. Never realized how fucked my temples are and how fast. Zero temple recession in the afall last year.
You still have zero temple recession my friend

It’s weird. That’s definitely a MOB thing right? Indicator etc. there some overall thinning.

Anyone willing to explain these to me? My current understanding is that both conditions mean a hair transplant is impossible. I’m still shedding 200 a day and while my top is thinner I’m seeing shorter thinner hairs on back and sides.

Its either you have extreme case of retrogade alopeica or DUPA (the worst kind of diffuse thinning). Check your sides if it is thinner than before.

Sides also very thin. There is still some proportional thickness above the nape. But still thin. I’m losing my forelock Daily, literally watching it disappear.

Still shed 200+ a day on only Topcial Finasteride and 7mg oral minoxidil, it is torture. Have dropped everything else for over 7 months, only getting worse.

What do you expect? You are not on any oral AA. Still, you're a full head after 3 years.

With a persistent juvenile hairline.....................................For @bluecyclone, going bald is just a cliche.

not sure what that means I deserve some sh*t for my panic but the truth is that I am thinning, maybe later in life, maybe with a decent but failing hairline but still thinning while on aggressive treatments 6ml 1% topical Finasteride and 7mg oral minoxidil.

I am starting to think it is a entirely Testosterone issue, my levels are still high moderate and the itch doesn’t go away even after drenching my scalp in Finasteride.

this is 3 weeks ago and has gotten much worse since then... only change is T went up organically.

anyone have an opinion on RU or CB say if I did Finasteride am, topical blocker at night? I have 3 year old freezer kept RU powder from Kane.

No idea what is going on here either entire back of head covered in red spots. Do you think oral AA better than the strong topical.

Hi friend,
Not going to read your 30 page thread. Read the fist post and this last page. Just wanted to say you are probably completely fine for a transplant. The photo you took of your neck implies you think you are losing at the back at the bottom. (nape I think it is called?) Well, FUE will take from all over the back and sides of your head and you really dont need that many grafts. The hairline can be completely fixed. Mine was much worse. I havent seen a brown picture but I bet it is not that bad.
You are wasting your time on topical finasteride though. along with any of the other stuff like minoxidil etc. Take oral finasteride or oral dutasteride and get a FUE hair transplant. Your hair, from what I can see in the three pics above, can be pretty much as good as knew looking at how thick it is at the back. You probably have decent donor supply. It sounds like you are panicking over nothing.

Bro i really don't understand what's going on your mind. If you are so freaked about your hair loss, just take something like dutasteride and move on.
Your regimen is topical minoxidil and topical finasteride. What do you expect ? You are not even on an actual treatment. What do you expect people to tell you ? You are in your 40's and you are acting more childish than any teeneger in this website.

topical finasteride and oral minoxidil are not "aggressive". Oral finasteride is a minimum in the fight for hair.

Thank all for the feedback. I did have sides on Propecia leading to a very high dose 1% topical Finasteride. I’ve stayed away from Dutasteride as I’m looking to have kids and have read that’s a real issue.

didn’t go bald in a year but for being in treatments I’ve lost a ton of density and still shed like crazy.

I’m going to reconsider What treatments are worth it as things are accelerating faster than I had hoped. I felt like sh*t on Propecia and thinned a lot during the retry for five weeks in October. I’m still on here because some still tell me it is male pattern baldness and treatment is making it worse. I was never worried about the back until recently with the cysts and thinning that looks like one big part from the thin crown to the nape.

In your last photo, your hair looks perfect. You are in great shape and could pass for a guy in your 20's or 30's in that photo. Your genetics are unicorn tier. I wish I had the discipline to eat healthy like you do.
Is there any chance my thinning could be do to a drop in Testosterone rather than an increase? One side effect of this current situation that I haven’t been able to work out and my diet has been a lot worse, not terrible but not perfect. About three months now with only topical Finasteride no HCG, lost a lot of muscle and lost a lot of hair. Over all hair quality went from black to light brown. In June of last year I was thinning mostly crown and vertex but hairline and hair quality were good. I checkEd my Testosterone level from then and it was up around 950. Going to get new labs this week but I’ll be surprised if I’m over 550. I think I could deal with temple recession but the thin forelock and vertex in the line tree shape feel terrible.

anyone know anything about the fungus potential or that whole sebum accurate thing? I’m still losing 200+ daily all lengths, not really enough density for a pony tail anymore. Such a change in 3 years. Constant itch. Hair all over the place.

There’s a solid inch of thinning at the hairline.

I have tried three times a month per try in oral AA’s, side are there, sides are real.

I’m going to ease into topcial Dutasteride I’ve used it twice. 2 days with topical Finasteride on alternate days. I might also try RU.

I just can’t f*****g handle the hair fall anymore. It’s not about vanity or how my hair looks it’s the torment of the constant shed. The shed hairs are now short and long, all thin. I think I’m going to drink myself to death.

If you can't take oral, then it's better that you just stick with your topical and be at ease with it. At least you're doing something to counter it. If you are really desperate, check on massaging by using wooden brush to reduce calcification of the scalp.

This is not touching my head shedding just sitting here not touching my hair. It can’t be just a Telogen Effluvium these hairs are miniaturized. I know I have a lot of hair. Still f*****g miserable to lose it like this despite throwing a lot of treatments at it. The itch is worse. I’m pathetic. I was well until this started at 40 these last three years have been a waste and nightmare. f*** this.
