Hey dudes, I've done some searching and found some studies about how many hairs you're supposed to lose on a regular basis etc etc but thought it would be cool to see what results the people here have with a little bit different test than the one I read online (combing hair for 60 seconds).
Here's the test:
AFTER you take your shower (shampoo etc), when you step out of the shower towel dry your hair with a moderate circular motion for approx 8-10 seconds. Look at the towel and count how many hairs come off into the towel.
as long as you're not towling really hard you shouldn't be breaking off any hairs but just grabbing onto the hairs that already fell out.
I've done this for 3-5 days straight now, I'm at approx 8-10 hairs that come out. I'd like to see how normal this is. If you already know your stats then post them here and thanks for the input!
