Minoxidil, microneedling and a hair transplant seems like the only solutions. It's not over yet.
I’ve been on/off microneedling weekly and using oils nightly which seem to do nothing. Minoxidil caused rapid heartbeat and I think caused some problems for me, though I might try it again to be sure. Hair transplant seems like the only solid solution but even then, I’m not sure if that’d be enough. Looking at this picture and it feels like the end of my hair is near if not already here

You could try a lower percentage of Minoxidil. SMP is always a option as well.

Decreased libido, felt more depressed. I felt a huge difference after getting off finasteride

Plenty of hair transplant clinics sell it. Otherwise you can find it on Minoxidilmax and other places.

Just get on finasteride or Duta -- once that already thin fragile hair on your scalp is gone you are doomed. You're gonna need tranny drugs to restore it.
He’s weighing up his options. There’s no point for him to get on something like dutasteride when he was already experiencing side effects from Finasteride.
Worst case scenario for him is he goes bald AND gets serious sides effects from Dutasteride that don’t go away. Not saying that will happen as it’s unlikely but still.
He needs a bit of time to weigh up his options. First step for sure is using Minoxidil and nizoral and then hopefully Finasteride soon after.

Looking into topical finasteride mixed with minoxidil from the website mentioned above. If oral finasteride gave me sides, I doubt dutasteride is better. I did try some generic finasteride, so maybe If I get propecia or topical it’d be different mechanism of action.. I’m good on the tranny drugs
