How to Balance Exercise with Hair Loss

Being someone who can't use DHT blockers of any kind or Minoxidil i had to really try to figure out methods outside of medications or topicals to slow things down. And after many years of noticing patterns for when the hairloss is worse and better. I have come to the conclusion that low testersoterine is infact the best way to naturally slow it down. But low testosterone, at least for me, increases anxiety and adrenal stress. gives high fatigue. Reduces endorphins to the point where you feel no drive to do anything. And all this really depresses me. And one of my goals over the years was to try and balance out endorphin boosting things like exercise and keeping hair loss at least a slow pace.

Does anyone have any tips? or ideas or ways in which you can work out in a balanced way that gives you a boost of endorphins? I would like to go to the gym but i don't want to speed hairloss up. Again i can't use meds, topicals or DHT blockers of any kind so those are out of the question.

Limiting stress by avoiding alcohol, processed food and exerting yourself is the best way to slow hair loss down naturally. Walking is the least stressful form of exercise, going to the gym and eating a stupid amount of calories + pumping your body with protein shakes to try and look bigger is unhealthy.
