I Seriously Feel Bad For People Who Have Very Thin/fine Hair And Are Balding

You almost have no shot. Even 7000 grafts with hair like that barely gives any illusion of density

I'm Armenian and we have wavy, coarse, thick black hair. Even if you lose most of it/all of it... even 3000 grafts can show a huge amount of density

I have the curse of fine hair, thickening shampoos give me a modest illusion of moderate thickness but it doesn't count for much when I'm still losing hair even on an aggressive regimen.

Whats the point of your post? LOL, I bet people with thick natural Norwood 1's feel the same way about your low density plugy transplant

What are your current regime right now andy?
1mg finasteride, 5mg oral minoxidil 2x a day and topical estrogen 1mg - 1.5mg all daily. Been shedding for 3 and a half months now. I thought it was stopping yesterday as I shed very few hairs but today its making up for yesterday and I've lost probably 100 hairs and I've only been awake for a few hours :(
How's your regimen and how is your hair doing?

Last time I saw your hair it looked awesome so you dont need to increase anything really but maybe taking 10mg oral mino and using topical will help. Like I said you have great hair (at least last time I saw it), you should do everything you can to stay where you are. Try going for dutasteride and another AA, maybe go for a full Mtf regime, I know its a bit strange for cis guys to go down that route but you wont lose hair anymore I promise.
With thickening shampoo my hair looks pretty good especially in photos, without it my bangs are thin and have gaps. Since that photo my hair has went downhill unfortunately. I am considering adding in an AA if it doesn't break the bank. Its not impossible to continue losing hair on FTM regimens unfortunately, just google MTF hair shedding or FTM hair loss there's quite a few posts of trans people still losing ground despite HRT intervention. Why this happens I have no idea but with the very limited success I've had since I started treating my hair loss I fear I may be one of them.

FtM lose hair because they take testosterone, if you meant MtF and they are still losing hair then they are on a low dose or their hairloss isn't androgenic. You wont lose hair if you have no androgens, if you want to maintain start taking cypro and dutasteride, you wont see feminisation and chances of gyno are low. You may be very sensitive to androgens so you may need higher doses but if your T is low enough you wont lose hair. I wish I started earlier, If I were you I would take action now unless you are scared of the sides.
Yea I meant MTF! I dunno Hilltop, @ForeverLacey has completed her transition and she said in this post she is still losing her hair

The sides don't scare me at all, its the cost that scares me lol. What's your regimen right now hilltop and how are things going?

Well I never saw a bald eunuch or girls balding who dont have a hormonal imbalance or any other type of balding so I personally don't believe having low androgens could still cause androgenic allopecia, maybe Im wrong but it just doesn't make sense to me how you can bald when castrated.

Yeah the cost is pretty high, if you don't go on a super aggressive regime it is somewhat affordable, try checking out QHI and Thailand Pharmacy, they arent too expensive.

Im on 6mg sublingual estrogen (split in 3 doses 8 hours apart), 50mg cypro, 0.5 dutasteride, 15mg oral minoxidil (split in 3 doses 8 hours apart), topical miox x1 daily. I really don't want to jinx it so I hate talking about results or posting pics but I don't see any hair on my hand for the first time in like 3 years when I run it through my hair, so yeah, its definitely doing something
I already use Thailand Pharmacy for oral minoxidil and topical estrogen ( good prices! ) I will need to check out QHI.. 50mg cypro is pretty high dosed, Can you still use your dick?
Your dosage of estrogen is crazy high bro, possibly overkill.

Yeah my dick is completely dead now, I don't really care though, I don't have to use concealers to go to school anymore so Im happy lol :D
Not all heroes wear capes. There is always v**** if you get the chance to bang a hot chick! I may kick my regimen up a notch.. How much do you pay for cypro and how many pills do you get?

My motto is Id rather die a virgin because my dick doesn't work from hairloss meds than because Im bald, so honestly I couldn't care less about my dick, it wasn't like I was using it lol.

I actually managed to bullshit my way into a cypro prescription so I get it locally so the price may vary. Its like 50 euro for a 2 months supply.
I agree with that statement. How about gyno though? That's really the only issue I have with using estrogen. You haven't got any gyno?

Yeah Im growing tits, I probably have to start wearing a binder to hide them if things keep progressing. My second motto is Id rather hide my boobs than my hairloss so I dont really mind them, Im just a bit worried my parents will find out so it is a bit stressful sometimes I do admit.
Good point. Plenty of guys have gyno so its not a really big deal. I do think you could half the estradiol dosage you're on and still reap the benefits while slowing down your breast development. 6mg is a lot even for someone who is trans.

You shouldnt hop on high dose estrogen immediately, you should try what you're on and add an AA.
I'd rather wait until I add in the cypro and see how that goes because it may turn out I don't need the extra estrogen :p

Man screw that. At some point it is just not worth feminizing yourself and risking gyno and all types of bad stuff just to hang on to some cobweb bumfluff. Ridiculous that in 2018 emasculating yourself is the "best" treatment we have for hairloss. Where are all these worthless hair companies that say they are close to regrowing hair? Finasteride is as far as I am personally willing to go. If that stops working, I am just getting a hair system, despite all the hassle that goes with it. Better than f*****g up my endocrine system at least.

Systems look great but they also come with the paranoia of being outed. You could always get castrated, then you wouldn't need to take any meds just save up for a hair transplant and you're sorted for life.

I use "nappsgear" to get my meds. Not sure about cypro though. Best price and selection I could find. Though I my get my dutastride from Kane next time.
