I'm doing nofap in an attempt resolve sexual dysfunction issues

I mostly wondered if overhydration is your issue. Despite my high test levels, I can give myself ED if I drink too much fluid, and I have spoken to many people like that. Have you ever tried going thirsty, to see if your function is better? I'd say it's worth a shot, but I guess it wrecks your nofap attempts to try. Also, you've been freezing, that would also make sexual function terrible for me. Limiting fluid intake and upping sodium will likely make you feel warmer.
Do you get a good amount of carbohydrate?

Whatever sex drive I have seems to drop to zero if I happen to overeat. It's like what other people describe with alcohol.

Are you suggesting a "dry" fast... for how long?

The freezing is just in the past few weeks. So it can't explain any long-term problems.

I have a BCAA/Electrolyte powder that I never use. If I take it to work and have it everyday with my lunch it might increase the level of electrolytes in my body.

I get intermediate amounts of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. There is junk in my diet, but also decent amounts of meat, fish, dairy, nuts/seeds, fruits, and vegetables.

Your issues may be entirely different from mine, so take everything with a grain of salt. But for me, erectile function is very tightly correlated with the ratio of fluid to electrolytes and carbohydrates. If I stuff in massive amounts of carbs and salt, and some fat, with minimal fluid, erectile function tends to be good. If I do the opposite, especially overdoing fluids, things go to sh*t. Some things widen the window a little, good sleep habits, sunlight, walking a lot, among others. But the window is still quite tight, I can crash sexual function with 2-3 glasses of pure water, easily. Maybe just try a meal of potatoes and steak with butter, and tons of salt, and no, or minimal fluid with it, to the point that you are slightly thirsty. If that doesn't work, your situation is likely very different from mine.

Oh yeah most fruit(almost all fruit commonly sold is unripe) and raw vegetables would fully crash my sexual function too.

What's your blood pressure?

Why do fruits and vegetables crash your sexual function?
As with most things changing my physiological state, I have no clue. I just try something many times, and if I get the same result every time, in different contexts, I assume the effect is real. Cooked fruits, or very ripe tropical fruits won't do this, but most supermarket fruit is unripe as sh*t. I don't know why that hurts me so much, but it deranges many things for me, sexual function just being one of them.

I know a bunch of people who are, like me, super sensitive to the ripeness of fruit. I mostly eat cooked fruit now if I eat fruit. And I can get decent watermelon this part of the year. But oranges, apples, etc from supermarkets here? Forget about it, lol. They wreck me like almost nothing else. Only a glass of water and a salad would be worse.

Is watermelon always ripe or something?
Nah but it's one of the few fruits that's not a disgrace here. Oranges are notorious for being unripe around the world, I know from some friends that they found ripe ones in thailand, where the best fruit in the world is generally located, but even there it was hard. I used to buy cherimoyas in wholesale stores to use as my fruit stable, but right now I just stick with starch as the carbohydrate staple, saves a lot of hassle. Also sometimes buy frozen durian, it's delicious if you can get past the smell, that stuff is also ripe. Here=Netherlands btw. I'm sure in Australia things are a bit better.

Staple* (is there no edit function?)

Thanks for the advice. I might try a week without fruits/vegetables to see what happens.

Can you eat legumes like beans? I'll need to get fibre somehow or I'll get constipated.

But ... cooked vegetables and fruits are always ok?

I can, of course, not give you any absolute advice. I'd just suggest experimenting and trying to make connections, which is something I've done for years now. The web of connections changes as the baseline state changes, so constant vigilance is a must.

I am curious, do you tend to feel colder or warmer than other people?

It appears I asked you this before, lol, my memory is such crap, still. Well, just try some stuff. Mostly it would be interesting to see if your ED changes when you are thirsty VS normally hydrated VS overhydrated. If you find it gets less when you are thirsty, maybe your overall pattern of dysregulation is somewhat similar to mine, and I can mention some stuff that works for me. If not, I don't really have much to say. And yeah, I did mean only raw vegetables and unripe fruits, not cooked vegetables and ripe fruits.

Status update, or review.

I effectively did ~48 days of nofap between April 14th and June 2nd, and then between June 2nd and July 9th I had reduced fap going on, but the relapse got worse and worse. I was making significant progress, and got derailed by sleeping problems which seem to have gone away. I was getting regular, spontaneous, hard erections without manual stimulation or pornographic stimulation, which hadn't happened to me in ages. Even now, after a major relapse, I have regular morning wood.

Lately I've slept well all night long nearly every night, I fall asleep within ~20 minutes of hitting the sack at around midnight, and stay asleep until 7 or 8 am. It's wonderful to be able to sleep again. I don't know if it's because of the magnesium chloride or whether or not that helped. But I'll use it until my bottle has run out.

I did 48 days on my first serious try and I think that's pretty good. I will try again now and have thus reset my counter.

This week through to July 27th I am not playing around with diet, as I'm on night shift this week and travelling after that. Once I get back I'll try a restricted diet for a few weeks. What I'm considering is an aggressive intermittent fast schedule for ~30 days of eating only one meal a day, which means that for the duration of August I'll have HGH levels that are ~2,000% above the population mean, as well as increased autophagy and brain-derived neurotrophic factor.
