I should have phrased it better. Dr. Brotzu claimed that all types of alopecias are "characterized by a bloodstream deficit of the blood vessels that reach the hair follicles providing them with oxygen and everything necessary for their metabolism and for hair growth." If what he says is true, then it means that the alopecias aren't causing your hair loss directly, but are restricting the blood supply to your hair, which is the factor that causes the hair loss. So supposedly, this lotion will make it so the blood supply to the follicle isn't restricted by the types of alopecia, which will hopefully mean the side effect of hair loss will subside.

I haven't studied what causes AA but the lotions ingredients make more sense for Androgenetic Alopecia rather than something with autoimmune causes such as AA so the fact that it works so well for AA should give us more hope that it will work even better for Androgenetic Alopecia.

I gave it a shot and emailed Fidia, but I'm guessing that this is the standard response that some of you have received as well?

Yep, I also like Fidia´s response! And about the previous question, let´s approach it this way: I´ve been using finas since 2010 and I´ve tried minoxidil, but if I use it will improve my hair. Same thing (I think) is going to happen with the lotion!

A respectful dude like beps who is in his 50s lost his hair long agooo and now he says he has recovered 2 Norwoods! He ahs the hair he had when he was 38. So, if he is telling the truth those of us who still have plenty of hair will benefit from the lotion (for God knows how long, but we will have it again).

Maybe I´m wrong, because we don´t know anything about the results but that´s how I think it will work: it will a better minoxidil (more powerful and with no sides apparently of course).

Hey guys, I just wanted to clarify a thing if you had the doubt like I had.
I contacted via PM one of those who had great results with the spatolotion, asking for details about the regrowth. My doubt was that regrowth would probably be not uniformly distributed, I was afraid I could not recover my little receded hairline but just some random hair in the desert. The guy I asked guaranteed me that he observed a proper and abundant regrowth, distributed all the way in temple zone, which led to the redefinition of the hairline.
I guess now that when Beps claimed he recovered 2 Norwood grades, he really "went back" in the Norwood scale literally.

Thanks man.
I think that is good i never saw that before
its good because they are acknowledging they are still in trials.

Maybe they are doing companions studies

If i were selling a product against existing products and i knew it worked well--i would set up some comparison studies.
So when i released it I could say it works this well compared to minoxidil or this well compared to finasteride
etc

So when is this gonna be available? I heard a while ago it was gonna be at the end of 2016 but it seems it has been delayed (?)

Will we have to order it from Italy?

I'm so hyped!! I have been for a while, but even more recently than ever! I'm dying to know even just a complete estimation of a release date window from Fidia, it would give me such peace of mind knowing it would be coming out in the near future and I can wait with certainty!

We don't know anything about release dates yet.

everyone i think is pretty nervous and riled up because we all thought for sure we would know by now when its available.

You got to just hang tight for a while.

Yea, I'm just hoping for at least some sort of press release after the trials end, hopefully sooner than later. I like to think that they prepared to mass produce it while it was still in trials after they saw it working as brotzu said, and that they are just waiting for the trials to be over so they can use them as some proof...although I won't pretend to know how any pharma companies operate. But hopefully that is the case so it'll be released quickly.
